Had the exterminator come out because I'm neurotic & was convinced I had bed bugs, and he did a more than thorough examination, & physically showed me how it was impossible for me to have bed bugs. He even offered to take a bug from my room (that I had mistaken for a bed bug) and take it back to the lab to have it checked (he put it in a little vial in a plastic baggie). I was concerned about bedbugs in my apartment unit. They came out the next day (really less than 12hrs) to inspect my unit. Keith was very thorough and meticulous in his inspection. They will act really shady if there's profit in it for them, it's not the exterminators that are the problem, but the manager, the exterminators are great. They allowed a third party to cancel an appointment that was very difficult to set up with neither my being noticed nor consent given and then refused to provide a written statement regarding why the appointment was canceled. When I called and asked for this statement, they asked why and when I said that I would need it to clear my name of blame on the matter in court, they got intimidated, through that intimidation they ended up lying claiming they were harassed (Phone calls recorded, this was a calm tone and the number of calls was only 4 including the call that set up the initial appointment) and they then canceled the following scheduled appointment. When this was brought up in court, the malicious party who called and canceled the appointment pinned it all on me and evaded any level of accountability. In short, I am just straight up blacklisting Franklin Pest Solutions, as after all of this I can't trust them especially when I am notified that the manager is "Keeping in touch" with the malicious party. I doubt others will do the same, but I would not recommend Franklin Pest Solutions to anyone. read more

I love these guys. I have a nice house, but my neighborhood overall gets a lot of spiders. I am such a girl about it, but don't want spiders or bugs in my place. It gives me the jeepers creepers. I have been on the "4 time annual treatment plan" from Cochnower for 3 years now and have zero spiders or bugs at all in my home. They also warranty that if you see a bug, they will come and respray for free. The guys that come to my house are always very friendly and professional. One even helped me get my hose nozzle unclogged because it got stuck from being frozen all winter. The product they use really works, the employees are true gentleman, and my home is spider free. When I moved in, had to kill spiders constantly! Never again! I live in peace from any creepy crawlers now. Thank you Cochnower! Small company with great customer service. We have been battling ants all summer long! We had Terminix come out in May and treat and our experience with them was AWFUL. When I started to notice a major increase of ant activity in the yard and started noticing them in the house, I knew it was time to call in the professionals. Making my appointment was a breeze and our technician, Mike, was awesome. We explained our problem areas to him and I showed him where the ants like to hang out in my mulch (ew) and he went to work. Not only did he spray and take care of the problem, but he took the time to give us a little bit of insight in to why they come in the house and how different sprays work. Price was extremely fair. If we have any issues in the future we will be calling Cochnower and asking Mike to come out again. Thank you! read more
