Weeds all year long. Would reach out to have them spray weeds they would mix me up with the neighbor and spray there house several times even though they never asked for them to do so. Got a email stating they messed up the properties and they came and sprayed my niebors house again. I told the the worker they we supposed to be doing my yard since the mix up he was rude and sprayed my neighbors house again and left. I hope they didn't burn there yard. I will be looking to use some other more professional company from now on. read more

Went with the Lafayette Indiana company location for two years and my lawn looks horrible. I have weeds all over the place and dead patches. I can not say anything negative about there customer service, as they were friendly and courteous and even tried to discount services to keep me as a customer. The problem is with their management and techs. The average time spent servicing my lawn was 15 minutes and no attention to detail. We have cameras all over our property that record with timestamps. Everyone has a different opinion with the same results, a crappy looking lawn. I was told they had a management change from Bloomington after negative complaints from customers, but I have lost all faith in this company, as the new management was as clueless as the first. They came out to my place without notifying me and supposedly accessed my yard and sprayed in which killed off portions of my yard. The final straw was the aeration without reseeding. There products are subpar and new strains of weeds and undesirable grasses were introduced to my lawn. My neighbors lawns look better and they use no lawn service. I will be responsible for my own lawn from now on and do it myself. Avoid this company at all costs and do it yourself. You will save money and have better results. What is sad, is this company had a very high reputation back in the day, now they are nothing but con artists. read more

Weed Man out of Indianapolis In, franchise was sold back in Dec unbeknownst to its customers here in Lafayette who thought it was a local company. They have turned my yard into a weed/crabgrass mess this season. Had a contract with them that they didn't even fulfill. They stated after servicing my yard all season that the Fall Aeration that was in my contract they could not do because they don't have the equipment due to part of my yard having a hill???? The customer service is horrible, all kinds of people making promises and no one following through or returning calls, texts, emails, pics etc. worst company and what a waste of money! I could've done a better job doing it myself! HIGHLY DISSATISFIED!!!!! Well there was a reply back from Weed Man in response to this post, funny how I could not reply back to it, just the same as on FB when I get something on my feed as an advertisement. You cannot reply nor post a picture.... hmmmmm wonder why???!!!! But in her response she states that since this happened they had met PERSONALLY with me and by phone to discuss my lawn WHICH IS A LIE..... they have not met personally and the only phone conversation was ME CALLING THEM due to them not refunding my Aeration charge as they assured me had been credited back but only a partial refund was done. This is the only phone conversation that has been had! Just more lies!!!!! Terrible company! read more

I have used Weed Man for several years now. My lawn looks better than any of my neighbors. Their customer service is outstanding and the lawn techs communicate with me after every application. I also use them for Mosquito control. Same great service and no problems being outside. read more

After 3 years, the results just aren't there. We now have stripes all over our back yard and have always battled weeds that were supposed to be eliminated. Also, very difficult to get a hold of the local people. Always ended up talking to people in Indy trying to up-sell me. I'm looking elsewhere this year. read more
