After the first season, they don't ask the customer if service is desired. A technician simply arrives, applies chemicals, and leaves a bill. I have asked repeatedly for the service to stop, and there is no response to my request. After one treatment, very large patches of lawn were completely dead. There were wheel marks on the lawn. After I notified the company and asked for someone to *call* me about this, a technician arrived on my property, walked around, and then pounded on my front door. I have paid this company (literally) thousands of dollars, because I made the mistake of contracting them earlier for some bigger jobs. Their customer service is abysmal and so are their business ethics.
