It didn't work. Tried again - same results. Ordered via Uber Eats. (2)My go-to is Chicken Tikka - no onions. I clicked on the Allergy tab for onions, however when it arrived my Chicken Tikka was COVERED with them!! it said 3 times on the receipt NO Onions /Allergy. This was completely ignored ! Despite scraping them all off and smothering a piece in Raita, my tongue is still tingling and swollen. (3)The Naan Bread was so dry, thin and over cooked it was the consistency of a burnt cracker. I tried soaking it in some water between paper towels and microwaving it, but it was so thin in many places it snapped. I'm used to Naan being thick and soft with some blackened edges. I like to put my chicken inside with Raita and eat it like a pita wrap. Not with this stuff ! (4)Nowhere on the website or Uber app does it say that the Butter Chicken comes with rice. So I order a side of rice for my husband. 3 containers of rice show up. Had I known it was already included (most places will tell you ) I would have saved the 6$. He didn't need 3 containers. (6)The free dish included when you spend 40$ was Papri Chaat . It was something I never heard of, but sounded good. I'm Sure it would have been if the wafers (Papri) wasn't It was completely soggy. (7) I also told them no Chutney as it would go to waste. They sent 3 containers .... The Good- It was quick from order to delivery. The Raita was delicious. Butter Chicken was enjoyed by my Husband. The flavour of the Chicken Tikka once all the onions were scraped off. Had they substituted cabbage for the onions it would've been really good. Thankfully Uber refunded me the 20$ for the Chicken. This wasn't a dislike - it was a safety issue For nearly 70$ this is unacceptable. *See photos

We ordered:  Naan, Kashmiri Naan, Pulao rice, Papri Chaat, Vegetable Pakora, Butter Chicken, Eggplant Bharta, Vegetable Jalfrazie, and Mango ice cream Everything here is so flavourful. If you're an eggplant lover like me, then I highly recommend the Eggplant Bharta; if you're a fan of butter chicken then you should definitely give theirs a try! Their naan is superb. We especially love their Kashmiri naan, which has a sweet filling inside it. Papri Chaat is what really stood out for me this time as it was the first time we'd ever ordered it. It was so zesty and refreshing, with a delightful tanginess to it. This was our first visit back the restaurant since prepandemic. So happy to finally make it back here! We were craving baingan bharta (eggplant) and ended up enjoying other dishes as well! Currently they had a summer special where if you ordered two of their featured drinks you also got free order of veggie pakora. The pakora was good but could use more seasoning. We ordered mocktails and they were refreshing. The standout of all the dishes though was the lamb biryani!!! sometimes I don't like ordering biryani with any protein because mostly the meat comes out over done or dry - this was definitely not the case. The lamb pieces were perfect and tender - they really elevated the dish and our meal. Butter chicken had a good flavour. Naan was a must and was very fluffy. We opted for mild spice for all dishes but I would love to return to try the medium spice. Between the two of us - we were full and had takeout containers for two other meals. The to go bag is nice quality material. Staff were courteous enough only feedback was that service felt rushed near the end. The restaurant interior was bright and spacious but the music felt a bit loud. Aman the manager was kind and I look forward to exploring more of the menu next time.

One of my biggest concerns at the time was the watered-down butter chicken, but that's no longer the case. The flavors are richer, more consistent, and every order I've had recently has been satisfying. This has become one of my regular takeout spots, and I've been ordering from them consistently. It's always nice to see a restaurant take feedback seriously and continue improving over the years. I'm happy to update my reviews whenever an establishment earns it, and Agra Tandoori absolutely has. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family looking for delicious Indian food.

One thing to note is that this restaurant is super small and has very few seats. I am guessing most people here do take out.

We packed our leftovers and it came with a nice note from the Agra family. I always like supporting small family businesses.

The restaurant was doing a brisk business in take-aways and deliveries but the small (but comfy) dining area was empty. It was a bit chilly so I kept a layer on.
