When you walk in you can see everyone enjoying their food and having a good time with friends or family. You place your order at the counter and they will bring your food to your table. My wife and I decided to share a 2 piece Samosa plate. I ordered the Cheese Plain Dosa and my wife ordered the Masala Dosa. The Masala Dosa is rice and lentil crepe filled with spiced potatoes and onions. I tried some and it was delicious and made for 2 people. My plain cheese dosa is a rice and lentil crepe with melted cheese. This is great and grilled nicely. I loved it and it's also large enough to share but did I? I offered but I had no takers and I was glad. lol. We also ordered a Sugarcane drink to share which was so refreshing! Overall, if you want some good Indian Food, head over to Annapurna to get filled with goodness!

Basic looking Indian restaurant in Schaumburg that has all kinds of vegetarian choices, so the name…read moreof it is appropriate. Choice Indian Restaurant is one of the many places to get this cuisine around here. It has more for specific dietary needs, more than every other one though. Good concept to cater to certain folks. The quality and quantity needs lots of work. All the food is okay for vegetarians so it's a good thing if one is looking for this stuff to eat. It's got a few specific ones marked on the menu including Jain. There's only a few that are dairy free entirely though. Also expensive. These aren't even including naan or rice. It's about $5 to get a side of it. That sucks. It's about $17 for the cheapest entrees. We found a few that were good except for the high prices. Good flavors. I got the Lasooni Palak. This is spinach gravy with garlic and spices. Could go here again if the prices weren't so crazy. It's closed Mondays. The menu is all okay for vegetarians.

Choice is a refreshing addition to Schaumburg's vegetarian food scene. What stood out immediately…read morewas the sheer variety--the menu includes Gujarati comfort food, Indo-Chinese dishes, chaat, sandwiches, naan, fusion creations, drinks, and their original Bhakri Pizza concept. Our favorite dish was easily the honey chilli water chestnuts. They were crispy, sweet, spicy, and one of the most unique vegetarian starters we've tried around Chicagoland. The paneer angara had a delicious smoky flavor, while the Indo-Mexican chaat was a playful and enjoyable combination of flavors. The Peri Peri Paneer Crunch Sandwich lived up to its name with plenty of spice, texture, and crunch. We also tried the Pav Bhaji Fondue, Bhakri Pizza, Beetroot Kabab Kofta, Chur Chur Naan, and Haryali Naan. The Triple Schezwan Rice didn't quite hit the mark for us, but that was the only real miss in an otherwise enjoyable meal. The Mango Mastani was the perfect finish. It was rich, delicious, and immediately transported me back to the neighborhood juice centers I grew up visiting in Delhi. Choice is especially worth visiting when you're dining with a group because there is genuinely something for everyone to try. We're looking forward to returning and discovering more of the menu.
