While on a work trip, I was craving Indian cuisine and decided on Indian Delight. I grabbed food to go, but the inside looked nice. I liked naan was soft and flavorful. I had never tried lamb Makhini, but it had a nice spice. My only gripe is that it was a bit oily. The butter chicken was great! The chicken was tender and the sauce was bursting with flavor. It was perfect to did the naan in. read more

This was the perfect spot to have hot spicy food and a cold winters day! (30 degrees) Because the sun was shining through the windows, the smell of chi tea and the delicious taste of samosas and curry. We ordered our curry hot and they delivered ! Really good food and service. Sundays the buffet runs for like $14.99 a person, cheaper for kids. Great way to get an idea of their food. It's a great buffet but ordering off the menu is even better. read more

Tucked away but worth finding. I'm traveling on I59 from Baton Rouge to Huntsville. It's early for me to eat, 4:15 when I arrived, but wanted to stop before dark for dinner. This piace popped up as #1 when I searched on curry. I was only one dining in, but several pickup orders placed and/or picked up. The dining room is lovely. The table setting is lovely. The staff were very helpful. The food was really good. I'm marking it as a place to stop next time I come through. read more

Received good service right before closing and good food. Very clean and nice seating and restaurant.

Indian Delight is not just a restaurant, but an experience. My wife and I come here once a week because it is just incomparable to any other food we eat. It's also about knowing what to order here. Meat eaters: I recommend a classic-- Chicken Tikka Masala Vegetarians: Tiranga Veg with a trio of flavorful sauce variety and paneer as the protein. The Onion Pakoras are a MUST with the Tamarind Chutney! And, of course, my favorite dessert, warm Gajar Halawa. The Service is prompt and the ambiance is unmatched! Please... do yourself a favor and support this restaurant by trying it at least twice before deciding if you like it. It will be all you think about, trust me! read more
