Unfortunately, they were fighting for their lives against that food. The sushi tasted like it had been sitting there contemplating its purpose. The rice was somehow both dry AND sticky, which honestly feels like an accomplishment. My hibachi came out looking promising, but after two bites I realized the seasoning apparently missed out on an important shift that day. The vegetables had more personality than the meat and that really says something. You think thats worse? Lets talk about the prices. I looked at the bill and realized they had accidentally charged me for ownership of the building. Again, absolutely no complaints about the service. But whoever was in that kitchen needs to apologize to them because they're the ones having to walk those plates out to people with a straight face. Food had me driving home in silence.

While the buffet doesn't have a huge variety, everything we tried was delicious -- especially the chicken on a stick, which was my favorite. The staff was friendly and attentive, and I really appreciated the little touches -- they brought out fortune cookies and melon candies at the end of our meal, and even slipped us a few extra candies to take home. For just $10.95 per adult at lunchtime, you really can't beat the value. Overall, I'd give New China a solid 8/10 and will definitely be coming back!

It was as if they took some tiny chicken nuggets then deep fried them four times and then tossed them with 1/8 teaspoon of sweet&sour sauce and called it a day. The nuggets were so dry I had to make some sauce myself out of some leftover honey-BBQ sauce at home. And the worst thing is, since Asian Express mainly styles itself as a 'take-out' business, you won't find out how awful your food is until after you get it home (usually miles away!) I love Gen Tsao's Chicken and have had the dish dozens of times at many different restaurants -- and this may have been the worst ever. The shrimp-fried rice was bland as well. It was like their kitchen has no spices! Lastly, the egg roll was crispy but -- you guessed it --also bland. If you expect some FLAVOR in your Chinese food you should never, ever eat here...you will regret it! A waste of money. In fact, even though its local competitor, Best Wok, was bad the last time I visited, it was still slightly better than Asian Express. (Best Wok *used* to be very good, by the way). I wonder what's happening to these places? Do you have to cook at home for a good meal these days? Oh, well...take my advice and avoid this place. Good luck!

Well after waiting dam near two hours for delivery the food was just dropped off. Upon opening the bags I discovered that the quart of white rice was not there. I immediately called Panda Express back and told them what was missing. The lady who answered the phone was very smart because she told me to look in the bag !!!! Well she just about argued with me that it was delivered and then I started to feel like she thought I was trying to get a free quart of white rice. The customer clearly was not right. Well after arguing back and forth they finally delivered a quart of white rice to me. I don't know who the little delivery man was but he waited for me to come get it and he thought he was going to intimidate me with his crossed arms and raised head. Didn't work so instead he took his official phone out and took pictures of the rice on the counter to show it was delivered. What I didn't realize until we parted ways was that they had shorted me even more than the rice !! I was shorted 1 L1 General Tsos. So needless to say by this time I don't think I could have stood another round of intimidation and being treated like a thief so I just let it go. They can keep my money as I'll never go back there again. So learn from what I tell you. Open the bags when the driver is standing right there dam record the unbagging if you can. This cost me $8.95 for the missing lunch plus about half hour being treated like a lying thief. Stay away from Panda Express. There are plenty of other like restaurants in the area.
