We ordered food to go so wecould relax in our hotel room. I'm bummed that I couldn't experience their buffet. What we got was so good! While waiting, the staff was very nice & accommodating. I would definitely eat here again if I'm ever in the area. read more

I was pleasantly surprised to discover this place! It was actually recommended to me by an Ethiopian colleague, and I'm so glad I gave it a try. I tend to be pretty picky about Indian food, but the flavors here impressed me. The lamb biryani was especially delicious--fragrant, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The Malai chicken was also quite good, creamy and well-seasoned. One tip: if you're from California like me, you might want to ask for reduced salt levels. The food is tasty, but a little on the saltier side compared to what I'm used to. read more

Please do not order from this place online. It takes them forever. I ordered at 11:00 am and food wasn't ready until 12:45. I literally sat and waited for over a hour. read more

This is the third time my wife and I have eaten here. The food has been fantastic every time. My last meal was the lamb curry, I could have eaten as much as they brought out, definitely the best lamb curry I have eaten ever! Our waitress was great, she also made a couple of suggestions also, bout were spot on. She has a great sense of humor also. The atmosphere is more like home, we could carry on a conversation with each other, and not have to yell or resort to texting across the table If you are looking for great Indian food Indian Delight is the place to go. We will be going back and be regulars there. read more

First time visiting since they recently opened! The salmon was so tender that you won't want to share. Everything was delicious. I have no complaints. The interior design really makes the experience even better. Indian food in general is a bit pricey and our total came out to be roughly $60. The price compared to other restaurants seems a little cheaper which is a plus! Also, our server was very kind. I can't wait until they serve cocktails! read more

I had been to Indian delight multiple times ever since it opened. All my experiences have been positive. I thoroughly enjoy their food. You can't go wrong with their desert platter. Absolutely yum! Ambiance is great. Service is decent, but servers could use more manpower/help especially on weekends. Definitely would recommend this place. read more

I've dined here 3 times. Great atmosphere, food, and service. The Chicken Tiranga is delicious. 10/10 read more

Very good Authentic India food. Meal was delicious! Service was incredible! I'd definitely recommend eating here!

Good: First, this place is a nice. Clean and pretty spotless. Room has a nice design and lighting. Bad: Service. I don't know if this place is short on staff, or what, but every visit is painful when it comes to service. Once sat, I always have to wait for a service, and then once food is served, they never come back to check on the meal or provide drink refills. Done with your meal and ready for your check? Be prepared to wait. Every time, they are too busy to close out the bill so you can pay and leave. Food: It is a mixed bag. Some is really good, like the butter chicken, as well as most appetizers. The naan is very good. However I have ordered the Tandori Chicken three times and every time it's been awful. Tough, and only oddly-shaped and disfigured chicken is served. Grissly. The flavor is fine, but the chicken is tough to eat. One weird thing: they only serve bottled water. Not tap water. This place is in Flowood, not Jackson. They drop off the plastic bottle of water and that's it. No cup/glass? Left to open by yourself. When asked about rhe water the reply is always " we serve our water in the bottles". It's weird. Overall the place is OK but between the bad service and the fact that you can't get a glass of ice water, it's really missing being an excellent place to dine. Tandori chicken needs improvement. read more

If I had to choose a word to express my feelings about Indian Delight it would actually be delightful. If you've never experienced real Indian cuisine or if you've been searching for a restaurant worth your time, then this should be your go-to place. The interior is very clean and roomy yet the ambience makes it feel very home-like and snug. The dining tables are pre-set and very tastefully dressed. The waiting staff are attentive yet distant enough to let you enjoy your dining in peace. The star of the show is of course the food and it's a star that shines brightly. My wife and I deeply enjoy Indian food and this place was a perfect find for us to enjoy a hearty late lunch. If you're on the fence about trying it out I'd urge you to do so. I enjoy this place immensity and will return as many times as I can. read more

I was so happy to find out Flowood had gotten an Indian Delight!!! I've been to the Ocean Springs location multiple times and have been to Flowood twice so far! The food is unsurpassed in all my Indian dining experience. The interior is beautiful and easily accessible. They could be a bit less laid back in their speed of service, but everyone was very pleasant and I'll go back to this restaurant again and again! read more

First off, DELICIOUS!! Try it, it's amazing!! We were seated by a gracious host, who offered waters and menus. Appetizer of vegetable samosas were very tasty and accompanying sauces were both delicious. Came out quickly. Then our entrees followed and were hot and delicious as well. Spice levels were done well. I chose mild and it was perfect, but those with me chose medium and they were happy also. Wait staff is helpful, attentive and non intrusive. This was our first time trying and we will definitely be back again soon!! read more

We ordered takeaway today from Indian Delight in Flowood. We ordered several dishes: onions pakoras, veg Manchurian, dal makhni, bhindi masala, methi malai matar, and mushroom masala. Great food and service! The paneer Tikka masala, garlic naan and mango lassi was particularly good. Would recommend they add changing tables in the bathrooms (we had to go to the car). But otherwise a great experience! read more

The restaurant was cute, quiet, and very spacious. Our waiter was attentive and our food came out expeditiously. The garlic naan was amazing along with our entrees. My husband ordered a three meat trio that included buttered chicken which was delicious. I ordered the lamb vindaloo and it was delicious as well. The meat was so tender and seasoned to perfection. I hate that I didn't take any pictures because we were ready to eat. My first time was a 10/10 experience. I would definitely patronize this place again. read more

The service is friendly. The food was delicious and the portions made sure you were full. The only drawback was a poor choice of music. I'm sure that's a quick fix. read more

Starting out by saying food is great, flavors, meats were tender, quantity was perfect so that's the 5 star. However not going to knock the stars down but service was extremely slow that being said, it was Mother's Day and very busy, and my guess like typical Asian restaurants, not enough help. So next time for a 5 star, I'll expect great food and service. read more

Food is fresh!!! Excellent flavor! The plain naan bread is soft and tasty. I had the mango chicken curry - perfect. My husband had another chicken curry and the tangy soup. This is some of the best Indian food I have ever had. The restaurant is extremely clean and the atmosphere and decor are great. The wait staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable of the food. Very helpful when ordering. Prices are reasonable. Great experience. read more

Love the food. Service is absolutely AWFUL. If you appreciate attentive service or if you are impatient, go elsewhere. Made an online order and pre-paid. Got a text at 7:35p saying my order was ready. Enter the store, host says, "it'll just be a couple minutes". Time now is 8:10pm. You read that right, nearly FORTY minutes later, and I am still waiting AND standing in the foyer alongside other customers with delayed pickup orders. The host is also 1 of 2 waiters for the ENTIRE restaurant (20 full tables). Those tables are being neglected as well. SUGGESTIONS: - don't text a "food ready" notification until the food is ready. - offer customers water or something for a 15- minutes or longer wait. - offer waiting customers somewhere to sit other than standing at the entry way while waiting. - offer customers a free something for a longer than 30-minute wait for a PICKUP order. - hire more staff to account for busy-ness - "Sorry to keep you waiting" is not a remedy for bad service. This is bonkers. Customer service matters. read more

Great food and ambiance. Service was fantastic and the head chef even came to our table to talk to us. Would recommend

I made a takeout order. The food was great, but the price I paid for the portions seemed unfair and small. They also missed one order of naan bread. $45 for a tiny meal. I don't think I will come back for this reason. It's difficult to express in words how tiny the portion was compared to the price. You just had to see it. Service was alright and the ambiance looks nice. read more

I've been a few times and every time the food has been amazing! They have a great variety of vegetarian and meat dishes. I will give one warning for your first time don't overestimate your spice tolerance!! I love spicy food so it was perfect by my definition, although some of the people I've eaten with have made the mistake of ordering too theirs too hot. The lower lighting makes for a bit of a romantic atmosphere. It's in my date night rotation!!Every time we've been the service has been amazing. read more
