    Curry chicken.

We went at lunch and service was good, but food was even better. We had two lunch specials--chicken Tikka masala and curry chicken. Go with the two on the spice.

This business kept popping up on Yelp for me, so when I had the chance to head to Longmont, I knew I was heading here! I ordered via their website and was quoted 25 - 35 minutes. I was right down the street already after finishing a meeting early, so I decided to stop in and see if they might be speedier than their site said. It's an unassuming place in a little strip mall across from a high school, so the parking lot was chock full of kids. I walked in and was greeted by the very friendly owners, gave them my name and they said they could have it out immediately - this is even after I requested to add garlic naan to the order. I paid for the extra naan and took a seat by the door as they offered my some complementary hot chai to sip on while I waited. We got home and opened everything up (still nice and hot) and dug in. I normally stick to medium spice when trying a new place until I know what "medium" truly means to them, but we ordered the chicken saag as hot. It was glorious! Enough to make your nose run but without covering up the wonderful flavor. The chicken tikka masala was medium and extremely tender and flavorful. Baingan Bharta was ordered at medium as well, and was full of creamy eggplant and fresh peas. I don't get down to Longmont too much anymore, but I can see myself making a trip to try this place out for a sit-down meal. Great, friendly owners and staff and even better food!

I love Indian food and I really love this place. The staff here is so sweet and welcoming, and the menu here has a wider variety than other restaurants. There are lots of things here I've never tried and they are SO good. I love the navratna korma, which is paneer with vegetables and nuts. It was recommended by the staff and it was incredible. I loved the chai that came with it, too. My daughter had saag paneer, my husband had shrimp vindaloo, and we shared chicken momo and garlic naan. The garlic naan is amazing too--they are generous with the garlic, so you can really taste it. It blends well with the flavors in the dishes. What a welcome addition to Longmont!

The chicken tikka masala was DELISH! I got medium and it was the perfect amount of spice. My boyfriend got the lamb curry (extra hot) and I thought he was going to pass away he still says it was his favorite Indian dish he's tried!! The naan wasn't my favorite that I've had but it still did the job. My first time trying momo's and I really liked them! I ordered online and it wasn't quite ready but the employees were so friendly and let me wait at a table inside. I wanna eat in house next time! Definitely check them out!

Ordered a door dash pickup order. Service was very friendly on a busy night. Food was ready one or two minutes before the estimated time. Order was packaged very nice and neat. Ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala which had awesome flavor and was stuffed with chicken. Not 90% sauce like other places. Also ordered the Chicken Vindaloo and looking forward to having that for lunch. We got a half plate of Chicken Mono and they were very good. I look forward to more meals from this new restaurant

Last night, I went with a friend who has a lot of food allergies, so it's tricky. The host convinced us to try an appetizer that neither of us had tried before - and probably won't try again. I'm sure younger people like it. It was the samosa chaat. It came out looking very different from the picture on the website, and had a lot of raw onion, which doesn't sit well with either of us. So, that was a miss, at least for us. But the main dishes were very good. My friend had chicken saag to which they added some extra vegetables. I had vegetable korma, in which they threw a little bit of chicken. We also had garlic naan. I had a mango lassi (delicious), and my friend had chai. All tasted wonderful. We requested mild, and we received mild. That doesn't always happen at other restaurants, but it did here, and for that we are both grateful. We hadn't asked for dessert, but the owner brought me a carrot, milk, and spice dessert with a candle in it called carrot halwa for my birthday. It was odd to look at, but delicious. I was just so full! My friend had some kind of reaction with her throat and neck, but we just sat there for longer, and it calmed down. We suspect it was either too much dairy or perhaps there's a spice that didn't agree with her. We don't blame the restaurant, and I'm glad they didn't rush us out of there. Namaste is accommodating for special diets and friendly. Their deep fryer separates meat from vegetables. The atmosphere is fine. Nothing really fancy, just welcoming. I'll be back.

Every item on their lunch buffet is good, hearty and delicious. It's also quite reasonable seeing how much food they served including fruits and drink. Be prepared to feast your eye and heart out and have to roll yourselves out after. So good and spices were on point to Nepalese Indian cuisine, not over powering spicy but just enough for my taste buds. The young lady that host and serves there is so friendly and hospitable. Make the atmosphere welcoming and they keep the tables clean. We have been there for dinner and ordered ala carte (from menu) as there is no buffet at dinner time, and the meals were equally very good. I would go every week if I lived there!

I'm conditioned to venture into strange places finding awesome middle eastern, Indian and Ethiopian food. I had Hope. That was not the case with this joint. Tables not bussed and a half eaten meal sitting behind the counter kinda put me off... Run down and gross place inside. Do not eat in, rather take out. The samosas were good, and the rice was good, the tikka masala sauce was an odd color but still good. The naan was dried out and hard to chew. So I simply won't be back based on the naan failure. The gal at the counter was definitely nice. I kinda chuckled after the experience. My gut was in good shape the next day. My fellow adventurers of ethnic foods know what I mean.

The saag paneer was gritty; I get spinach is a gritty vegetable, but it needs to be blanched for saag - disappointed. The buttered chicken was okay - not great, but passable. Also, the next day, shall I say, um, digestion issues. I get that Indian spices can wake up the insides the next morning, and I'm used to that. But this was not that. Something was off. IF someone at this restaurant actually READS this and offers something, I may try it again, as one experience may not have been enough to judge. If not, buh bye. Lots of Indian food in NoCo.

I was driving back north wanting something to pick up something quick for lunch to avoid traffic when I remembered having seen this truck. I pulled in to the parking lot of the dispensary, and got quite a few odd looks (including the unsuspecting owner of the food truck) when I walked straight to the truck, circumventing the marijuana shop. They have a pretty full menu, much of which is handwritten below the typed items, which shows that they have had enough demand to expand - including the addition of the missing naan mentioned in the review below! While I wanted to get everything, I opted for the Chicken Saag (this time around) with a medium spice. In ten minutes, the bag was waiting for me and I dug in right there in the parking lot. This Chicken Saag was purrrrrrfect! Medium spice was a bit on the medium-high side, so I had just the right amount of sniffles and small beads of sweat on my forehead. The flavor jumped out of the carton and assaulted my tastebuds in the best way. The chicken was perfectly cooked and tender, and I immediately regretted not getting another dish or two to have leftovers for dinner. I've got to make the trek back south again next week (boo), but this truck (yay!) will definitely be the brightest part of my day as I start to navigate through the rest of the menu!

I ordered online and it was ready right when I got there, by the time I got home it was still hot! The owner was so nice & pleasant to talk to, you can tell he really enjoys what he does! Highly recommend this place :)

From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is welcoming, homey, and inviting. Everything feels fresh and new, with beautiful decor featuring authentic scenes from Nepal that make it clear this is a labor of love. I ordered the vegetable chili momo and it was absolutely incredible! Perfectly crunchy and spicy, filled with a savory, well-spiced mixture, and surrounded by an out-of-this-world chili sauce with onions. Every bite was a flavor explosion! The staff is extremely friendly and genuinely passionate about sharing their culture. When we asked our server about the Buddhist prayer flags adorning the walls, she was delightful in her explanation and even went to get help translating some phrases from Nepalese. That kind of care and attention really made our experience special. The portions are very generous and the prices are a bargain - it's easy to see ourselves coming back over and over. Whether you're looking for a fun date night, a family dinner, or just want some variety and spice in your dining routine, Mustang is a gem in the area.
