He was fast to respond, provided an accurate and reasonable quote, charged cost for the materials (although minimal in this case), and came on-time, per our arrangement. He was also friendly and efficient, finishing the work faster than I expected, with good quality, and keeping me updated real-time on work completed and work to-be-done. Two more items to note - my yelp request was sent on a Friday and he performed the installation on a Sunday, as I had asked to have this completed as soon as possible. No up charge. Second, he seemed to have substantial knowledge and experience in building homes, which was also helpful for several other items we were looking into at our home. I would highly recommend Jeremy and Bradley Built for your project.

Jeremy and Stacey were so nice and great to talk to in person, in the end I feel duped by them. Jeremy seemed like he was down to earth and ready to make things happen, he often offered fixtures and things that he had pulled from gut-jobs. He seemed like he was down to problem solve and make things happen. I trusted them and was really excited in the beginning. I was pregnant with my first child when I hired them to do our bathroom. My kid is now 19 months old and the work is still not finished. I don't even have the energy to truly outline all of my complaints. The biggest issue I have is that they have refused my calls and emails and ghosted me for a year now. I have been nothing but kind and respectful. I delayed this review to give them the benefit of the doubt and wait for them to get back to me or finish the work. I am so upset and disappointed - I really wish I had NEVER done this. I feel like I wasted over 50k and had a bad job done. There is ONE outlet in the entire space, the switches and outlet seem to be writed insanely (I still can't tell what goes to what and why the switch at the bottom of the stairs overrides some things but not others), theres a hanging exhaust fan, no vent to the roof, gaps between trim and tiles, hammered and mismatched fixtures. They convinced me I should get a custom vanity made by them because it was the only one that would fit and be ready on time, which cost more than the one that I really wanted and by the time they made it I could have gotten the one I really wanted from West Elm. I had to contract my own stone cutter and they generously came back and forth multiple timess over the course of a week because the bradley built project manager couldn't communicate correctly about who was responsible for doing what and when. Their employees were constantly quitting or being let go. One day, the contracted tiler came to my house and demanded to be paid because Bradley Built had gotten into an argument with him about the cost and then they just hadn't paid him? Who knows, because of course they didn't answer phones or emails for weeks on end. But I was stuck in the middle of it! They tout their communication and transparency and pride in their finishing work, they took over 9 months to do the bulk of the work and then ghosted me. Leaving me with a newborn and a shower that I had to connect myself and now I am finally giving up, writing this review, and calling all over town finding electricians, roofers, tilers and plumbers to finish the job they were paid to do. It was my first experience as a homeowner working with a contractor and it lived up to ALL of the horror stories. Unless you're rolling in money, and can be their number one priority I guess they just don't care. Makes me really sad. I would love a simple apology, honestly.

Spoke to Irene Lopez and went down the next day. She showed me my "chosen" Terrazura and also had another slab she thought would work. Both slabs looked great with my flooring, cabinet and paint colors. I went with the Terrazura and everything continued to go smoothly through installation. I'm beyond thrilled with my new kitchen and love my quartz. Highly recommend Factory Plaza! And big thanks to Irene for seeing my vision and Alex for a flawless installation. I've forgotten the name of the gentleman who measured but he made a suggestion to add a strip of the quartz behind my stove and it made the whole look so custom. So highly recommend!

I have been ignored by Jose and the management team for over a week despite my repeated attempts to resolve a botched installation. I grew up the granddaughter of a Stone Mason; I know quality work, and I know when a company is taking shortcuts. I specifically chose my stone because I was told it would NOT require a seam. Later in the process, the story changed. It became clear they simply didn't want to deal with the labor-intensive task of maneuvering a large slab into place--a job that might have required a minor wall repair but would have resulted in the superior finish I paid for. I only begrudgingly agreed to a seam because they promised it would be executed perfectly. My original fears were justified: it was a disaster. The issues: * Poor Craftsmanship: The seam is recessed and uneven. It is a functional defect that collects debris and requires constant scrubbing. * Lack of Effort: While I understand vein matching is difficult, there was clearly no attempt at a professional transition here. It stands out like a sore eye. * Dismissive Management: After a failed "repair" (just smeared epoxy), the stone manager told me "nothing more can be done." In an era of digital fabrication, that is a flat-out lie. I would never dream of treating my own clients with this level of neglect. If the check has cleared, Factory Plaza is finished with you. The only reason I am giving two stars instead of one is because the kitchen island turned out well and Gina in the front office was a sweetheart who went above and beyond to try and remedy the situation. It's a shame the owners and management don't share her work ethic. They desperately need professional development in customer service and quality control. The installation team was professional, courteous, and polite. Joe took the time to explain care and cleaning best practices to keep up my investment and even gave me a free can of stone cleaner. Basic point: If you are looking for an independent shop that knows their stuff, is competitively priced, and extremely personable, look no further than The Marble Place on Ogden in Brookfield. Take the time to support a local business, one stop into their shop will have you convinced. We were in a bind and needed to have countertops available for the contractor to complete our kitchen in a very short time frame. My wife found DJ Marble through a Google search around 10AM on a Sunday morning and called. She expected to leave a message and was surprised when Derrick answered. She explained the situation and Derrick asked us to meet him at noon at a stone supplier. He took us around and explained each type in great detail. We finally picked the "perfect" quartzite stone only to find out that most of the stock was on hold for another customer. He smiled and said he'd be right back. About 10 minutes later he came back saying "the stone is yours"... the material was delivered to DJ Marble's shop the next day. Derrick came to our house to measure and discuss details that we never considered, offering great insight and knowledge. We met with him 2 days later at his shop to layout the pieces, and with his help, ended up with enough extra material to include a backsplash in the laundry area. The tops were delivered and installed two weeks later! The workmanship and his professionalism is second to none. If you chose to work with DJ Marble you will not be disappointed and if you don't, too bad
