They have done a great job responding to the tenants need and keeping my rental house in top shape. I love the fact that they are proactive in recommending repairs to various parts of the house before it becomes very expensive to fix. In addition to the superb service they provided me, they have a top notched team who treats me like family. Everyone is very professional, respectful, and caring. One of the team member whom I've had the pleasure of working with over the years is Valerie Tillery. Valerie is very knowledgeable in real estate and property management. Whenever I have a question regarding my investment property, Valerie always responded quickly with clear answers to my questions. I've always felt that Valerie takes her time to make sure that any concerns or issues I have about my property is well addressed. Under her management, my rental property was never vacant for more than a week or two between tenants. That's just the time it takes for the crew to get the house ready for the next tenant. We usually have a new tenant signed a rental agreement before the old tenant moved out. My investment house have been cash flowing nicely since my purchase. I enjoyed working with Mars Hill Realty so much that I'm in the process of closing on another property in Georgetown, Texas for them to manage. Aside from Texas, I was also looking at Florida for my second investment home. While the housing prices in Florida is comparable to Texas, the cost of investing in Florida is cheaper than Texas because they have lower property tax. So why didn't I invest in Florida? Because Mars Hill Realty does not do business there. There's no property management that I trust more than Mars Hill Realty. In fact, it was Valerie who introduced me to the neighborhood that I'm buying my second investment home in. My experience as a property investor has been really stress-free with Mars Hill Realty managing my property. If you want a property management company that takes care of your property as if it's their own, you should consider working with Mars Hill Realty. I promise that you won't regret it.

We used this title company to handle the loan documents for a purchase of a home in Georgetown…read more The business itself is absolutely lovely. It is decorated with beautiful, comfortable homey decor. They have props to take pictures with. The employees were very kind and helpful. Our appointment time was respected, and we did not have to wait longer than a few minutes. The only part of this experience that was not spot-on is the fact that there was an error on our loan docs. The error carried through the entire packet and the entire packet needed to be reran and re-signed. I was the one to find the type of graphical error, not the title company. I do believe they need some quality-control practices and some proofreading before they have their clients come into sign loan docs. The prices are average. I would use them again, because they were kind, and the experience was stress-free. I highly recommend this company

He provides very clear communication regardless if you prefer calls/emails/text, and he was very accessible throughout the whole process. Kiel gave us recommendations for what pricing to start with and helped with negotiations as well as giving a recommendation for a home inspector so that we would be well prepared on the condition of the house during the option period. Negotiations were data-driven with comps in the area and he also provides monthly market analysis. I would definitely recommend Kiel for home buyers!

Having an experienced, knowledgeable agent like Carson guiding me through both buying and selling made all the difference. I would absolutely recommend him.
