When I first asked for photos of the furniture that would be brought into my home, I was told to "just look at our Instagram"--that it represented their style. However, what actually showed up looked nothing like the staged, polished images online. The furniture was broken, stained, and poorly matched to the scale and style of the home. I voiced those concerns right away, but they were met with excuses and no real ownership. After pushing back firmly, a few items were replaced with slightly better options. Even so, the overall quality remained disappointing, and I had to invest my own time, money, and effort to ensure the home looked presentable for listing. Despite expressing my frustrations clearly, I never received an acknowledgment of fault or any meaningful resolution. It felt like my project slipped through the cracks, and that the company failed to deliver on what was promised. I understand that mistakes can happen, but what was most disappointing was the refusal to take accountability. Instead, the focus seemed to be on deflecting blame rather than addressing a paying customer's concerns. After I shared my experience in a Google review, several five-star reviews appeared shortly afterward. This led me to question their authenticity, especially given the timing. I also felt uncomfortable with how the situation escalated, including communication that, in my opinion, crossed professional boundaries and also involved individuals unrelated to the situation. I never wanted it to come to the point of writing multiple reviews, but after repeatedly asking for a partial refund and a simple apology, and receiving neither, I felt compelled to speak up and help others make an informed decision. I stand by my review and have photos, videos, and written communication that reflect my account accurately. Please consider this experience carefully before deciding to work with this company. While any home can have problems, what mattered most to us was timely communication and concern--especially during Texas heat waves. Unfortunately, Salman often ignored or delayed responses, and we had to follow up multiple times to get even temporary fixes. When we moved out, he deducted $280 for house cleaning, in addition to $314 for carpet cleaning. When we asked for specifics, he sent pictures showing just a couple strands of hair and minor dust--plus a toilet that had collected grime between our move-out and his walkthrough. The charges felt excessive and out of step with how we left the home. The AC issue remained unresolved through our entire lease, with only temporary patches ever done. I would not recommend renting this home or any property managed by Salman.
