They methodically walked through the house and the yard, and made a detailed and comprehensive list of suggested repairs and improvements--things that would stand out as positives or negatives to a potential buyer. The tasks appeared appeared daunting and seemed excessive, but they were absolutely right. Eileen made it clear that she would not put the house on the market until it met a certain standard of attractiveness and readiness to sell for its full potential value. Eileen and Celeste coached us along through the six-week process checking in with us via email, phone, and even lending us a power washer.
