I called Kent's office, left him a message, and he called me right away. An appointment was made to meet him at the office. When I met Kent, he was very welcoming, including his secretary. He looked through the documents that I had in my possession, and he said to me: "You have communicating with IRS, but not with the right form, I will help you with the right forms". As I was sitting in his conference room, he got up, went and printed all the form applied to my case. He showed me how to fill them out, and asked me to return them to the office at my convenient time. When I returned to his office, he verified the form, told me to go mail it, and I should hear from IRS in about 4-6 weeks. He assured me that everything was okay, and IRS will stop all the procedures they started against me. When I was leaving the office, I was so comforted that I regain my peace that day. But when I emailed Scarlett and told her that I had no problem paying to speak to her, but I certainly didn't want to pay if she was going to tell me she didn't know about anything, I got no response.
