I have been a satisfied customer of this firm for years. Only when I found a huge mistake that accountant was in the process of making was I passed off again to one of their partners. The partner was rude, condescending, and arrogant. Frankly, I would tolerate her attitude if she was any good, but she's not. Her skill level is average--if that. Our return is simple. Yet, it baffled the staff accountant. The partner was overwhelmed and took her frustration out on me, complaining of having "782 returns to complete and not having had a vacation". Too bad, hire more staff, and get the returns done correctly and on time. Don't complain to me. I would not recommend this firm for several reasons. First, I wouldn't trust the competency of the staff. Second, I wouldn't assume your taxes were even being done, much less on time. Finally, their accounting staff will likely treat you disrespectfully and condescendingly.
