Addendum (07/23/2026):…read more Don't worry I have fully accepted in my conscious that I AM NOT GETTING MY MONEY BACK, and I'm doing this so you don't have to go through it. I wish I could give this company a zero star, so incase you were wondering why there aren't more 0-1 star reviews it's because it's half bought and paid for . Upon reaching back out to me to "resolve" my issue, it was structured in a way where they held my refund hostage, and as a matter of fact, it's not even the full amount I was "offered" $460 refund so long as I take my review down. Now that had pissed me WAY off more than me missing out on my full amount, because now I understand I was led to believe that these are all genuine reviews, which in my eyes looks like VERY BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE and I can only imagine the less fortunate who come to this firm just to get screwed over on their last dollars (I am blessed to for this to not be the end of my world). Let alone they would not just refund because I requested a charge back to my card that I used to pay and well my credit card company is no help to get the funds back for failed service. Don't believe half of what you see here because I'm understanding this is paid biased reviews which is just shady. A big screw you to this firm for screwing MULTIPLE people over and holding their refund as a bargaining chip for dishonest reviews. If you want to experience highway robbery and bottom of the barrel service for your taxes that will have you end up in more tax trouble than you started with? Well look no further than Dimov Tax! It is so unfortunate to have to write this due to how frustrating this company which is odd, because I did my taxes with them in 2025 and it went "okay." This year 2026 was nightmare, I asked these folks to help me do my taxes, charging ~$600 which extremely overpriced considering this office uses Intuit which means at this point their process should be automated... they aren't truly trying to crunch numbers. With that being said, its even more ridiculous that I did not have a completed version of my taxes 100 days after I paid... and this is after days of me pulling their teeth in order to get information on where my tax filings were? Finally I decided to go to a very local tax office in Cedar Park and they resolved my issues within 5 days! So that makes emergency question: what in the actual hell is going on in this office if this is all automated, and another office of just 2 people were able to figure things out within 5 days, in which it took this office 100 days. Oh by the way, I tried to request refund for failure of $600 back, it got declined, so I can kiss $600 good- bye and pay late filing fees. I would keep writing more reviews if it were possible so other people who are not as fortunate, to have to go through all of this frustration and lose a lot of money over company who can't get their job done correctly and on time. Side note: I can totally see AI getting rid of this company for their incompetence and failure of being able to provide service.

She wanted to check whether I had received an email from Samantha so she gave me a name to search for. I found it so I pointed out that the email did not give any indication of a business response and I was waiting for a phone call, not an email as Sue had promised. This company has good intentions but poor communication issues. Dana seemed unaware that her folks could text so I pointed out that the text messages (through Yelp) had been flawless. I told Dana that I would upgrade my review from 1 to 3 because of her follow through. Dana waited a reasonable time before making a follow up call. She asked me if I got her emails and I said no so we did the search thing. I searched for her email and it came up "Executive Assistant". Talk about a spam flag! Sorry Dana, that's an email I would never open without an advanced "heads up" warning.

I met Larry about 8 years ago and shortly after that I started using him to do my personal taxes…read more It became very clear that I would never go back to the H&R Blocks of the world after experiencing the attention and personal touch that he brought to the table. In working with Larry, you quickly get the impression that he's not just there to handle the task at hand but to help problem solve and set you on a course towards future success. His genuine passion for helping people is evident in all areas of his life, business included. Years later I started my own consulting business and had him filing my S Corp and personal taxes. As things began to grow I started to realize that I was in over my head in certain areas and I brought Larry on as a consultant to help streamline my systems/processes and lay a solid infrastructure that would allow my business to thrive under current conditions and also handle future growth that I was anticipating. We worked together to develop a phased program over a six month period in an effort to sync many critical components of my business (taxes, budgeting, financial planning, payroll, bookkeeping, invoicing, insurance, etc) for maximum efficiency. As usual, Larry delivered on every level and in the first year after implementing this program my business doubled. As it continues to grow, I lean on Larry constantly for guidance and direction as we are always making adjustments and looking at ways to further refine and streamline the business. I can't begin to express the peace of mind this has brought. Having real stability in my business infrastructure allows me to do I what I do best and serve my own clients with greater focus. Larry brings a diverse background to the table that uniquely qualifies him as not only a trusted tax advisor, but also a skilled business advisor. I can't advocate him enough for anyone out there running a small business and looking to organize your infrastructure and create greater efficiencies. The result for me has been tremendous. While Larry no longer lives in Orange County, CA where I reside, his role in my business remains the same and I look forward to future success with him by my side.

The communication was good. Emails got responded to and phone calls and meetings could be arranged…read more This was appreciated. Getting into their online system, I would get repeat requests to sign up even though I was already in. I also required a special two factor authentication. This would get annoying. Once I got a bill, I got emails at 2am asking for payment. This was also unnecessary. The worst part was advising me on what to do in the case of a marriage separation. Not only did I end up owing so much I had to deplete my emergency fund, but I had to pay 3k to learn that. I was asked once about my filing status and dependencies without being told how devastating it could be if that changed. In addition, they filed an extension, and I now owe interest and penalties. Yes, life changes mean financial hardship. But I was not properly advised and this ended up being the worst experience I've ever had with a CPA.

Alexa was meticulous in digging through my current resume and helping me find ways to make it stronger. She also provided great pointers and an outline for a stronger cover letter. With my new resume I was able to land an interview at my next dream job, and once I finally landed an offer, I scheduled additional time with her to gather pointers on how to negotiate. I've been at my new job for almost two months now and could not be happier that I had Alexa's help to get me here. This was the first time I was ever filing taxes as a day trader, so I had a lot of questions. Chase didn't hesitate to hop on the phone with me a few times, learn about my situation, and give me REAL answers. The actual execution of the process was SO EASY. I uploaded all of my documents, and they sought all clarification electronically. I loved having a single spot where we had all records of our communication instead of needing to hunt through different email threads. As we were getting nearer to having everything done, Adam was also very willing to hop on the phone with me to make sure I didn't have any final questions before filing.
