I hired Revolutions to do some work for me. It didn't work out and I requested a refund. Katie Heim emailed me and said a refund went out today (October 19th). Then November 15th I sent a reminder email that I had not received my refund. She emailed me back I have your address and she included my address in her email. I let her know it was correct. So, was it mailed, lost in the mail, not mailed? Today is December 12th and still no refund. Times are tough and I could use my refund. I will let you know when or if I receive an appropriate amount of a refund in a timely manner. Katie left a voicemail on my phone the day I left the review stating that she was waiting for me to answer her question about picking up or dropping off the check. I never received any email or text about picking up the check until after my review and I have all your emails to prove it. We didn't speak on the phone about it either. In your voicemail you left shortly after my review you also told me that the check had been waiting for me the whole time at your office and that you would have it dropped off or I could pick it up at your business. I said I would pick it up Monday morning. I arrived around 10 AM and the girl at the front desk didn't know anything about a check that had been sitting around the office. I wasn't allowed in the office due to COVID and that's fine I understand. But, I had to wait outside in the 39 degree morning for someone to find my check that was supposed to have been written weeks earlier going by what you said in your voicemail to me. They couldn't find it, they weren't able to reach you and asked me if I could make a second trip back later to get the check when they find it. I said yes, got in my truck and was about 2 minutes away when they called me and said they could get it to me. So, I drove back rang the doorbell and nobody answered for about 5 minutes as I stood in the cold. I rang the doorbell again and it was answered and they passed out the check that had been sitting in the office for weeks as you said on the voicemail. Guess what? it had December 14th on the check, the date I picked it up not a date from weeks earlier. I did receive an appropriate amount on my refund in a timely manner after I wrote my review. If Katie hadn't been rude to me, if the check would have been waiting, if the date would have matched up with the story she was telling me I would have given them three stars. But, none of that happened. So, the one star remains they earned it. read more

Let me just start off by saying Katie and her crew have been doing something that a lot of us don't want to do for many years (they know what they're doing.) It's hard not to appreciate the skill set and hustle her team provides. I came to Katie because I was LOST. It's hard to figure out where to start with a small business let alone tackle the bookkeeping??? I'm trying to get our family owned business off the ground in a healthy/viable way. Although the business has been operating for 10+ years out of a free space (a church) it recently just had to relocate to a paid space and the owner's passion is for people not so much for the business/operations side. That's where I came in, but I was drowning. Katie takes the time to detangle a lot of the confusion, give hope that you can (with help) move forward (no matter how bad things seem), and shine some light a lot of the darkness.
