I had the pleasure of working with Chase/Adam/Abby after being referred to them by another CPA who didn't quite specialize in what I need (already a good sign). This was the first time I was ever filing taxes as a day trader, so I had a lot of questions. Chase didn't hesitate to hop on the phone with me a few times, learn about my situation, and give me REAL answers. The actual execution of the process was SO EASY. I uploaded all of my documents, and they sought all clarification electronically. I loved having a single spot where we had all records of our communication instead of needing to hunt through different email threads. As we were getting nearer to having everything done, Adam was also very willing to hop on the phone with me to make sure I didn't have any final questions before filing. Overall, this a great team, and a perfect example of how a locally owned business outshines guys like HR Block. I could not recommend them enough. read more

This place would not even look at a letter I received to see what the necessary steps would be and if they could fulfill my needs within required time unless I signed a contract. On top of that they are way over priced. They are taking advantage of people. read more

Another great year with Chase and his team! This is the second year we've used Insogna CPA and I'm thrilled. The old adage "you get what you pay for?" It absolutely applies here. We had a particularly complicated tax year and had questions about the best approach. His team took our documents, reviewed them, asked the right questions and got us filed. Now I'm looking at using them for corporate returns as I start a business this year. Will definitely be a return customer. read more

I've used Insogna CPA's bookkeeping, tax preparation, and professional services for my business (Bravery Media) and personal finances since 2012. They have always been helpful, quick to respond, and impeccable in their work. As a small business owner, it's nice to not have to worry about accounting while I'm trying to generate more business. Outstanding service, knowledge and support. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone for personal or business tax or financial assistance. A big differentiated benefit they offer over others is they run everything digitally, so there are no more physical papers to deal with - yeah!! Great job Insogna - hope I get more opportunities to work with you and recommend others do also. read more

I've been through MANY cpa's and finally landed on Insogna. There's never any surprise bills, all expectations and prices are clear and reasonable up front. They also take the initiative to understand the intricacies of your tax situation, and many times have brought up tax saving opportunities on their own accord that I wouldn't have known about otherwise. Working with them to submit tax info is also very painless and streamline. Would definitely reccommend! read more

I am an equity partner (through a professional corporation) in a major international law firm, with offices in Austin (where I am ) and in 27 other locations around the globe. Until finding Insogna CPA, everything about taxes (including paying in states other than Texas) and payroll was a complete nightmare. Insogna CPA first got my payroll and estimated tax payments squared away, then were incredibly patient with me and my anxiety, as we worked through getting all of my PC tax obligations taken care of and them my personal income taxes. I think the fees charged are very reasonable under the circumstances, and the staff has been really great, putting up with my tech phobias relating to document transfer, and holding me accountable for timely information, etc. Total professionals who exhibit a great deal of respect for clients. read more

A colleague of mine recommended Chase Insogna to me when I was looking for a CPA to file my, rather complicated, 2013 return. I'm very fortunate he was recommended to me. The team at Insogna & Stewart was very easy to work with, professional, thorough, prompt, and priced very fairly. I was always of the mind that working with a CPA to file a personal tax return was very costly and would add a layer of complication on top of an already complicated process. After filing my 2013 tax return with Insogna & Stewart, I stand corrected. I *highly* recommend Insogna & Stewart to anyone seeking tax preparation help. read more

I first started working with the team for my small business--they were the only accounting firm who explained things to me in a straightforward way. We had them handle our personal taxes as well and were very pleased with the service we received. We've now kept them as our accountants through closing my small business, changing jobs, hiring different nannies, and moving across the country. Straightforward pricing and a responsive group who clearly know their stuff! read more

I work overseas half of the year, and needed a CPA who was familiar with the in's and out's of this type of tax case. Not only does Chase have this knowledge, he's very responsive, informative, and delightful to communicate with. He, as well as his colleagues, made every step of establishing my LLC and filing my taxes wonderfully easy. I highly recommend Insogna CPA PC to everybody. read more

Two years ago, I began to look for a new CPA to help me with our taxes. A friend of mine told me about Insogna, and how pleased she was with their practice. We met with them and were very impressed. Enough so that we had them handle our 2017 taxes. This was one of the best decisions we have ever made. Insogna CPA is wonderful. They are responsive, patient, knowledgeable and helpful. They have made our tax process so much easier. I continue to be impressed with Insogna CPA and encourage you to check them out. You won't be disappointed! read more

Chase and team were so easy to work with and very professional. They use secure modern software to upload your documents and ask clarifying questions and frankly that was my favorite part. It was so easy. I was withholding the wrong amount through the year meaning I had to pay a portion of the taxes I would have paid each pay check at the end of the year. This was scary. I started to do it by myself and was coming up with some crazy numbers. I went to Chase and in a couple of weeks he had it ironed out for me and I knew it was right. I paid less than what I was going to when I did it through Turbotax and even after paying the firm for the work I still saved thousands. I would definitely recommend Chase to my friends and family. read more

I have to say I have really enjoyed the user experience with Insogna. From beginning to end there was a responsiveness on every level which I realize is very important concerning tax matters. Their system is paper free and very intuitive, questions can be posted online securely and answers are timely and prompt which gave me a great sense of ease and trust. excellent when you have a complicated like I had.
