The staff were really…read morefriendly and each game is private as long as you have at least 2 people-- amazing :D There are only 3 rooms here, with the hardest one being a 90 minute room! While the room didn't look as polished as the usual corporate escape rooms I have played, the room was still really fun and all of the puzzles worked well. The room ended up being way bigger than I thought. The puzzles didn't require a ton of abstract thinking (like second letter of every word starting a sentence in the second chapter of a book, etc.) and were fun and satisfying to complete. The game master does initially try to help you out if you are stuck, but you can ask for less clues (or ask for unlimited clues without penalty). Our game master, Dana, was super nice and enthusiastic :) You can reserve online, pay in advance, and add an optional tip to your game master via venmo/zelle. Totally worth the 30 minute drive for me-- excited to play again (but also sad there are only 2 more to try)!

I will echo the other reviewers that this place is a bit hard to find. BUT, once we were in it was GREAT. The entrance is near the back of the shopping center, felt a little sketchy since it was late at night. Glad we were in a big group. We were immediately greeted, the only group there. Our game master presently a short rules video then walked us to room. This is the easiest of the rooms offered, group of 5. We escaped before the time was up, with two clues. Just wish there was a little more modern technology involved, maybe a little video intro to the game or even cool decor entry door to the game according to the theme. We felt this was fun, exciting, and challenging. We would definitely come back for another experience.

They had a dining area with small tables for adults & two picnic tables for the kids. The cake area was safely off to the side. I liked how there were 2 bathrooms options in the dining area & play area. Shoes must be removed and placed in the cubby space when in the play area. There were several activities to explore and the design was very cute. Kids can even dress up in costumes. There was also an option to paint wooden pieces. I thought the 2 hosts were very nice and helped the parents to stay on track of time. I really thought the male host was very good with genuinely interacting with the kids & showed care & interest for the actual party. I liked the Disney music being played as well. I would definitely consider this place for a potential birthday party for my own kids.

I hear it's new management, and I can see the difference. There's plenty of staff now to help watch the play spaces and make sure everyone is safe. Only recommendation I would have is to really give the place a deep clean. It'll make the place sparkling again.

I always question these trampoline places because they age range of children jumping together scares me to death. It wasn't like that here. I would say the median age was about 8. I felt totally safe to let my two year old go at it without worrying about a bigger kids blast into him. I also like that the place is wide open and you can see pretty much everything from where to choose to stand. They have a dodgeball area of the older kids and a separate one for the littles. Another win! Besides trampolines, they have swings, little obstacle courses, bouncy games and all kids of fun! I noticed they have drinks for sale, but I really didn't pay attention if they had food or not. We had pizza because we were at a party - in a party room. The employees took care of everything: Passing out pizza, cutting the cake, gathering the kids for a group photo. I felt like it was very well organized. We had a great time here, too bad we don't live closer or else I would absolutely frequent this place! My kid LOVED it! PS - I think you have to purchase their grip socks. But double check. Happy jumping!

Needless to say, I'm deadly in the arena. Well, atleast I like to tell myself that. Laserzone in Sugarland is one of my favorite spots to pay laser tag now as an adult. It has been around forever and always a good time. The staff here is young kids so pack your patience as they get easily distracted, especially when their friends are there. My son grew up on this place. I still strap up and have no shame in sniping the youngsters in the arena. The arena has 4 levels is a whopping 13,000 square feet. It's a great way to get a good cardio workout in too. Pricing here is very fair and they have unlimited play options on certain days and times. They also have arcade games and a laser maze challenge. I skip that activity as my body isn't as limber as when I was younger. If you're looking for a fun, interactive and physical activity, I highly suggest trying out Laserzone.

Lasertag Games are every 20 minutes so it may take 15 minutes for a staff member to come out to the front desk to check you in or start a laser maze game for you. They don't teach you anything unless you ask and even then they don't give you much. Parents not playing can go inside the first Lasertag room to help suit up kiddos. The maze lasts less than a minute for my little kids but is fun. There's a lot to learn on your own in the tag game- shoot certain targets in the maze, shoot opponents, team up/ strategize- 10 year old boy heaven. The multi level room allows for a lot of strategy. Some games are as individuals and some are as teams (not fairly divided. Maybe 4 against 12). There's a screen in the lobby that allows parents to see how their kids are advancing in % accuracy and overall points. A lot of parents play too. I was a little worried about a couple of 5 and 6 year olds but they had no problems. Bring quarters if you want to play a few arcade games or the little candy/toy vending machines. There was significant miscommunication from the host prior to the event, and when we arrived we were unexpectedly told we needed to make changes. Our party was also moved from our original table to much smaller tables that did not provide enough space for our group. Throughout the event I had to repeatedly go back and forth with staff to clarify these issues, which made the experience frustrating and unenjoyable. They also attempted to charge us an additional $200 for a game that I was clearly told was included in the mixed birthday package -- something I confirmed with them at least three times prior to the event. In addition, the facility itself needs serious attention. It was not clean, masks were falling off the kids' faces, the venue appeared dirty, and the bathrooms were out of toilet paper. Overall, the space does not seem well maintained and requires much-needed upkeep. It felt like the venue was overbooked and unable to deliver on what was promised, with many inconsistencies throughout the event. Because of this experience, we will not be returning.
