The young man who ran the escape room was very friendly and pleasant. We had some problems with the room but we got good customer service.

Ask the Community - Exitology Escape Room

Are any of the rooms scary? I have young family members and i want to make sure this place is appropriate for all of my family.?

None of them are horror but they will be dark and if the little ones are easily spooked it's worth talking with the attendant for a heads up. Autumn in great, albeit underpaid, for how great she makes your games so definitely talk to her.

While it was great to see some familiar faces, it was even better to meet some new faces. We joined forces as team "Strawberry Scarlett" and never looked back! It was almost as if we knew each for the longest of times and we all had just met tonight. If anyone is looking for team building, I'd definitely recommend this place. You work together as a team and come up with answers to questions that you think you have it all together, news flash, who did y'all poll for some of these answers. Lol. It's all good because Strawberry Scarlett stayed on top till the very end. Yes there is some salt in that statement. It was a fantastic event overall. I am thinking the manager was having a little bit of scare towards the beginning and during team assignments (hence not 5 stars). I get it, it's overwhelming expecting so many people. Hopefully in the end she was able to relax because everything was great. KEKE and Savannah (I hope I have her bae right) made up for some of that experience. They kept us hype during game time Saint Arnold was there along with J. Lohr wines and whithaven for our libations. But let's pause and talk about that Knead Me Bakery lemon scone. I love any and everything lemon and they had it right on spot. We also were served some Chuys, tap the mic, jalapeño dip. Yum. Along with Zalat Pizza. Thank you Ms. Britt. Great idea as always. And you blew it out the park showcasing multiple businesses just a short walk away. You're the best! Job well done for sure.

She doesn't reach the 4 feet height requirement so she couldn't do the gravity ropes or laser tag, but we came for bowling anyways. Since we got there shortly after 11am, the line wasn't too long and we got a bowling lane. Bowling shoes are $5, so even with the promo, you still are paying $41 for 2 people. Bowling. Bowling is by the hour NOT game, which I find annoying. They WILL shut down your lane in the middle of a game, and you'll never know who was going to win if you're playing against your friends Or even if you're going for a personal best. UGH, this is probably my biggest complaint. once your hour is done, You can put your name on a waitlist for another lane if you are doing the all you can play. This was bad timing for us because I just ordered lunch, so the waitress had to move our stuff to one of the back tables and deliver our food there. Food. Waitstaff is friendly and helpful. They will even get you water to your table, no charge. This time I ordered the cheese pizza kids meal ($7) and boneless chicken wings ($12) for lunch. I like that their kids' meals are reasonably priced, but then they make us order food too... hm. lol Food was decent, minus the brussel sprouts side which was an extra $2 and just boiled, not fried & crispy like what I was expecting. Next time, maybe just ask for the fruit (orange slices) as a side? Arcade. The promo included a $10 arcade card per person which was 50 credits. Each game is about 7.5 to 10 credits. I thought the Wicked Tuna game gave us the most tickets (40ish) with the least amount of skill & luck. With two $10 cards, we came out with 200 tickets and got a squishy ball and candy. We weren't going for tickets though so I'm sure we could have gotten a little more if we tried and didn't play Mario Kart, but that was her fav game haha. At the redemption center, the attendant can easily combine cards and also add funds back to your card if you hit one of those machines that didn't work. Overall, we spent $30 (with tip) on lunch and $40 on play, so $70 for a mommy daughter play date on a school day off and stayed for about 3-4 hours. Not terrible. In this economy though, it's getting tougher to justify these entertainment visits as it quickly adds up! when really, my kid just wants to play video games .

I LOVE this escape room venue. This past weekend went for the 3rd time to this location. Seeing as…read moreit's usually just my boyfriend and I, we love the fact that you can do private rooms even when it's only 2 people. We have done Rigleys Manor, The Woods, and just did The Kill. We've really enjoyed all 3 but our favorite has to be The Woods. 2nd Rigleys Manor and lastly The Kill. Without spoiling the rooms- The Woods we loved the most because of all the details in it, plus you could in a sense say there was alot more going on on the walls and such. And also I think this is the biggest "room". You'll definitely get in more steps in this one haha. This was the first room we did over a year ago that my boyfriend took to me to as a surprise for my birthday. Same with Rigleys Manor, lots of stuff on the walls and lots of decor and such so it was fun trying to find potential clues and hints. Still very much interactive and not just a bunch of locks to deal with. Now, even though The Kill is much more simple/less decorated than the rest, it didn't make it that much easier. This was the first room we've escaped though, and it was first time we had done it with friends rather than just the 2 of us. I did really enjoy this being the "scariest" of the rooms with some elements that aren't included for other rooms. But this is our least favorite room so far. Staff is always really nice, and game masters give great clues that don't make it too easy. We only escaped The Kill with about 5 minutes left. We'll be back soon of course, next room I want to try is The Relic!
