I understand things cost money, but that was pretty steep, in my opinion, for an experience that lasted all of 15 minutes.

You work together as a team and come up with answers to questions that you think you have it all together, news flash, who did y'all poll for some of these answers. Lol. It's all good because Strawberry Scarlett stayed on top till the very end. Yes there is some salt in that statement. It was a fantastic event overall. I am thinking the manager was having a little bit of scare towards the beginning and during team assignments (hence not 5 stars). I get it, it's overwhelming expecting so many people. Hopefully in the end she was able to relax because everything was great. KEKE and Savannah (I hope I have her bae right) made up for some of that experience. We were about 18 in total meeting up on a Saturday evening to play what felt like Family Feud. When we arrived, we waited in the lobby, selected our teams, and our hosts gave us the gist of what we were about to do, then we went into the room. Each team was on opposite sides, and one player from each team had to step up to the podium, and whoever hit the buzzer first had the chance to answer the question and could steal that round for their team. The game was exciting and even had a Wheel of Fortune vibe to it as well because there's literally a wheel that you get to spin. The hosts even curated a playlist for us, which added to the experience. I'd definitely be back and I recommend this to anyone looking to have a good time with a group. Parking was decent because there's a garage close by. Not sure how much the game cost because someone took care of it for us but, I'm sure if they had drinks (I don't even drink) for adults, it could further elevate the experience.

The customer service was phenomenal from start to finish--they really made everything easy and enjoyable for our group. The concept itself is super fun and engaging (I won't spoil it, but it's definitely something you have to try for yourself). The rooms comfortably hold around 20+ people, and the team setup keeps everyone involved and energized. One of the best parts? I contacted Classpop via their incompetent chat bot. The chat bot went and canceled the wrong class. I couldn't get it to understand the issue and both classes ended up canceled. They have a phone number but you are not able to reach a human during working hours. It tells you to leave a message and no one calls you back. They also have an after hours email to reach them but of course they don't reply to that email or the 4 other emails sent to their other email address. This entire experience has been awful. Now I had to contact my bank to get a refund. Please avoid anything associated with Classpop!
