FUNNEST thing to do with friends! Everyone there are really welcoming they explain to you everything how you can choose 3 colors and combine them, how to use the tools and if you need a refill of your colors they will refill them, After you finish painting your figure you need to come back like 3 days later, the figures aren't glass they are plastic. I for sure recommend the experience its really cool!

My friend and I had a blast creating our masterpieces in the studio. The place was not super busy when we booked our appointment. Julius was so knowledgeable and helpful. He even played songs we requested. Lots of colors to choose from and enjoyed the laid back byob vibes. Thank you for a fun experience! We got a bit one get one half deal too.

Threw out our art. No communication, never told us there was a deadline to pick up. Never told us to take a picture of our creation so they could find it later. Never told us we could have it shipped to us for $12. Then when I showed up to grab it and they didn't have it they told me they covered all that info I just missed it. Paid nearly $200 and have nothing to show for it except an Instagram post.

I really enjoyed coming here and letting my inner artist out. This is a great spot for a date night, girls night out or even for a family night. The place is located in silver street studios. Small suite is the studio that you'll pick and paint your figurine. You have 5 choices and quite a few colors to pick from. You only get three colors so choose wisely. You also get a few art supplies but I'd advise to bring a paint brush set if you go. I really wanted to splatter but I couldn't with the tools I had. The figurines start at $50 for one and go up.For two of us we spent $135. I think it was worth it for a date night and a keepsake. We have to go back and pick up in three days and within a week or they will throw it away. It's also BYOB!

While in Houston for a holiday family reunion, I took my 2 adult sons here. One son booked the session easily online. The website contained sufficient information and we knew what to expect. The location was easy to find. We were greeted by Julius who explained everything to us. The boys picked their figurines, put their aprons on, and were ready. Julius bright the paints over, explained the differences, options, and made recommendations. Hearing that we were from out of state, Julius pulled up a chair and started chatting with us. I do not recall the managers name but she saw that we were all laughing and having a good time so she came up from the table in the back and joined in the conversation. This was the last thing we did before heading to the airport. Again, Julius took the time to explain the shipping process in detail. This was such a good time. I love spending time with my boys but the staff here made the experience even better.

Such a cool experience! The employees are dope, so fun, kind& energetic! We loved coming, being welcomed and were able to select wherever we wanted to sit. Pricing is extremely reasonable. We did the dog, and 2 bears. They give you 3 colors to choose from & you have about an hour to paint and design. It is BYOB so you can have a cool date night. They said you can pick your art up in 2 days and they hold it for a week. Definitely try it out. Studio is in the Spring Studio area, awesome music and designs. Check it out!!!

This updated review is in response to the business owner's reply and post a phone conversation I had with her, (per her suggestion at the bottom of her rant) after I called to render a more personal review, and get a better understanding of her ill-written response and the use of my full name, which is not listed in my Yelp profile. Please also note that I visited this establishment on October 19th at 5:30pm and left my review on October 25th, 2023, NOT two weeks after I visited. 1. The inclusion of my full name in the review is completely inappropriate and a violation of my safety and well-being. That, along with your overall tone and delivery of this response, is woefully unprofessional, wholly unacceptable, and will not stand. I called you directly regarding the removal of my full name, which you noted that you retrieved after checking my form of payment. That's targeted and eliciting cause for potential harassment from you or anyone who visits your business page. Remove my name at once or my lawyer will be calling you on Friday, Nov 3, 2023 at 9am CT. 2. The inclusion of a complimentary mimosa was an example of something that could have enhanced the experience, not an indication that anyone "needs alcohol to have a good time" which is insulting to insinuate and a gratuitous leap in judgement. 3. I'm aware that the event wasn't a "trap 'n paint" and per my review, that was not an expectation that I had going into the experience. To assume that I was hoping to attend such an event is a thinly-veiled insinuation that both because I am young and Black that must be the only thing I'm interested in. My complaint was with the lackluster ambiance and overall lack of engagement both from your staff and from the experience itself which was tepidly hosted, at best. 4. The directions to the establishment were poorly written and yes, perhaps the use of technology will improve the quality of the directions. If people were getting lost before it's a wonder to me that you hadn't updated them sooner. 5. The education and intelligence of your staff was never called into question. In fact, the inclusion of their intellectual accomplishments is unnecessary and does not change the fact that they were disengaged and poor hosts. 6. Irrespective of your personal professional experiences or time in corporate environments, an activity to foster some sort of connection and engagement at the start of the experience would be a welcome change to the isolating, dull atmosphere that resulted. 7. I actually happen to love art and appreciate its many forms which is why I can safely say this is crafting and not the careful production of a masterpiece. 8. I enjoy new experiences as well and, as you noted, am someone who frequently visits different establishments with a range of different results. This in mind, I would recommend that as the owner of a new business you refrain from targeting patrons and instead apply yourself to the development of your business and improvement or your product. The passive aggressive tone of your response and the pointed remarks peppered throughout only serve to portray you as insecure and defensive with little interest in genuine feedback or constructive criticism. Please feel free to keep my payment and use it to hire a consultant who can better advise you on how to conduct yourself as business owner.

This was a fun experience that lasted about an hour. The space was clean and modern, and the staff was professional. The activity is on the pricier side, so make sure to fully check out the cost for painting the item you want, and keep in mind there's an extra fee if you choose more than three colors for your piece. I do appreciate that they offer shipping for an additional fee, which is a great perk since your artwork needs to dry for two full days. However, I wish they sealed it with something like Mod Podge to avoid it being sticky. There's a small selection of items to paint--about 8 options--and roughly 20 paint colors to choose from.

Located in Spring Street Studio building this art studio provides Sip & Paint of figurines such as bears & shoes instead of your traditional blank canvas. This place would make a good date nite or group activity for a paint & sip atmosphere with hip hop music usually playing in the background. Once you pick out your figurine you pick out 3 colors & are provided gloves, a spoon & small baster instead of brush to give your figurine a dripping affect. Major concern is doors lock after 6pm so you have to wait for someone to open the door for you. Plus you have to wait for someone to let you on a vintage elevator which can take several minutes, we waited over 15 minutes so we had to take the stairs

We had such an awesome experience at Fete 832! Both instructors are so nice and give creative ideas! Definitely would come again. The only thing I wish was different is if there was a ceramic bear option. There are two ceramic options: the KAWS character and the balloon dog. I understand that the bear is plastic because the arms, legs, and head of the bear move but honestly I would prefer a ceramic option that didn't have moving parts and just stands; but that's just my opinion I love that this is a black owned business, always love to support women and black owned businesses Overall, this is a really nice and fun activity to do with friends and/or partners

This was my 1st time going and I will definitely be back!!! The instructors were very nice and helpful. She even helped me pick the shade of green I was looking for. There was some nice art pieces to observe before entering the room. So if you go don't forget to look around.
