Every time I've come here I've has such a great time. One was on a date (so there was just another couple playing with us) & the other time with a big group of people! It's definitely more fun with a huge group so invite friends & family to join. Also to note: if you're planning on doing this as a birthday party expect strangers to join your time slot unless you buy a private party package.

The Great Big Game Show is a blast!! If you're looking for something new to try out in Houston for fun, this is your sign to check this place out! We came here as a group of 12, which I believe is the max number of people in 1 session, 6 vs 6. Arrive at least 15-20 mins before your scheduled time slot to be sure everyone fills out the waiver. You're then able to spin the giant wheel in the lobby to see if you win a prize or discount while waiting. We then randomly chose cards face down that were either red team or blue team to figure out teams. Once you enter, you fill out a name tag on your respective teams side. Shout out to red team being the best team! We all used nicknames to keep things fun. The game show host then explains each game and keeps things full of energy! I don't want to give away all the different games, but they're a combination of trivia, luck, skill, critical thinking, and time based games. Lots of variety and competition! Overall, I'd definitely come back here again! This was the perfect big friend group outing. We did the original game show this 1st visit, but I think there's another game show option that's more trivia focused that sounded fun too. The location is perfect too because you can get dinner beforehand, then get drinks or Jeni's ice cream afterwards for dessert. Enjoy!

End of game score.

This is an amazing place to have fun. The session, about an hour, is the perfect amount of time to test your skills and trivia knowledge. The staff is friendly and energetic. Best of all, they encourage you to take photos. Unfortunately, the winner doesn't receive a trophy for certificate.

I recently attended a birthday celebration at the Great Big Game Show in City Centre, and we all had a blast The storefront has great signage, and as you walk through the door you can congregate in a small lobby that has a BIG wheel that you can spin. The wheel offers discounts and is just fun in general. You are greeted by a staff member who checks you in. You should have received a waiver online that you need to fill out prior to starting You are then broken up into teams. We had 11 people, so, we randomly picked numbers and one team had 5 players and the other had 6 When your session begins you are led into a game show room which is dimly lit but has a bunch of objects, screens, and lights that give you a hint of what is to come. A host excitedly came into our room, introduced himself, explained the game, and let us all introduce ourselves. Your teams each stand behind one of two team podiums (each with individual buzzers) Without spoiling anything there are games to test your creativity, general knowledge, and pure luck. These include trivia, building, accuracy, spinning a giant wheel, drawing/guessing, etc. A bunch of us are trivia nerds, and we often go to pub trivia's around Houston. Beyond that we love escape rooms, D&D, and board game nights... this sort of activity gave us all a chance to shine and enjoy ourselves The space is fairly state of the art. While small, it was very clean. The stwas beyond friendly and accommodating. I am told there are multiple versions of the game, so, you can go multiple times. Sessions lasts roughy an hour. They take your picture at the end, and you can see other clips of your efforts online later Some tips: Grab a bite to eat in city centre while you wait or afterwards. Definitely book in advance. While they are open Monday-Sunday (8am-12am), this is a hot commodity Cheers!!

Went on a Sunday night with my family for a cousins outing and had a great time! I had been to one game show studio before and I felt like this experience was not only cheaper, but the games were more creative and unique to the studio. We were split into two teams and played a total of 6 different games within the hour. I loved how each game played to different people's strengths and so there was definitely something for everyone. The game show includes your very own host, and along with the lights, game props, and big wheel, it makes the experience all the more realistic. The studio also provides you with a 30 second edited video of different clips they took throughout the game show that is sent to you after. The location is in city center next to the escape room (their parent company) so parking is mainly in the garage. I would definitely recommend to those who are competitive and wanting to try something new. (8.5/10)

I might not make it to the Family Feud studio but I made it to Studio B! A group of us did this for our friendsgiving outing and we had a blast! We played several games. Some that challenged our intellect and others just pure luck. Our host was energetic, friendly and welcoming. I can't wait to come back and try the games our group didn't play. They send you a highlight reel of your experience and that was the icing on the cake. Such a great time

If you are looking for a great time, run, don't walk, to Great Big Game Show. Our host was Josh and he kept us entertained. We had a big group, registered about a month in advance and were split into 2 rooms. We had so many laughs and the games are truly challenging. Some physical games like stacking the highest tower by teams and some trivia games are offered. Most of them were team related but each individual could answer the questions. Our host was super funny and facilitated the activities very well. There are about 20 different options for games and we will be back. Our time spent there was packed with laughs. The other team won bragging rights but we certainly tried to beat them. We did not want it to end. This was one of the best Friendsgiving ideas. They had a wheel in the front to spin for a free game. Not only can you register in advance for private parties, you can also walk in and play. The price was good too, we were able to self-pay and split the bill online by paying a custom amount for yourself. You could also pay for multiple players. We had to sign a waiver before going in and you had the opportunity to take photos with a bunch of their props. Our package included a highlight reel which I will try to add here.

This place is so much fun! It definitely gives you something different to do with your friends or family. The staff is welcoming and very personable. Our show host was Nick who was FANTASTIC. He had a wonderful personality fit for this role. The games are fun and easy to follow! I love the effort and thoughts put into this place! I will be back!

Oh my gosh, what a fun experience!!! I loved the games, from stacking blocks, to trivia, to spin the wheel, to dart shooting... all the games were fun and we had an amazing host John! It can get very competitive lol. You can possibly play with strangers if you have a small group. The room accommodates up to 12 players (split between red and blue team). We had a group of 8 and had a private room to ourselves. I in blue team and we knocked it out the park. Definitely a great group activity for family/friends

Today was my first time playing at the Great Big Game Show and it was amazing! Our host, Ari, was professional, energetic, and fun and she made the experience worthwhile. This is a great place for groups looking to have a great time.

We had an absolute amazing time at the Great Big Game Show. It was our Friendsgiving event so we had to split up into 2 groups because so many ladies joined. Our host Jason was great. This was definitely a 12/10 and we will be back soon.

I had to take a picture of my 4'10" wife with the wheel. (She is wearing heeled shoes)

Right when you walk in you are welcomed with a giant wheel you can actually spin. They were very helpful from start to finish and the games were awesome. This is definitely a place to bring your family and friends. We had a blast and we will definitely be coming back. Also, I want to shout out Waan he was a great host and had everyone laughing and made sure we all had a good time. The only negative thing I will say is that this is no cheap date night fun experience. You will spend almost $200 for just 4 people. The price for an hour of gameplay is kind of ridiculous but you will leave thinking you were actually on a game show. Fantastic Idea!!

When I said no-frills, I meant it. The drink selection is quite slim and for someone who go out of their way for beer, there weren't really many other options. Our large party had a buffet of food - all of it was basic but tasty - panko-breaded chicken tenders, chips and queso, and quesadillas. Service was actually stellar throughout our time here. Bartenders and servers came around to our group frequently to ask if they could get us anything. I did not expect that from a divey bar like this. While I wasn't blown away by this place and probably don't have much reason to come back, I can see why folks would come out here for a drink or to watch a game, especially if living in the Spring Branch area.

It was a chill spot, and my friends and I enjoyed having a few beers and grabbing a bite to eat. Unfortunately, my experience after that completely changed my perspective. My friend and I had separate tabs, and at the end of the night, she paid for the 4 beers on my tab, so my balance should have been zeroed out. The next day, I noticed a $100 charge on my card. I called the bar, and Denise was able to identify that something went wrong, but said she didn't know how to fix it and advised me to call back the next day to speak with the owner. Since then, I've been calling daily with no resolution. At one point, someone even told me the owner "didn't have time" to address my issue. I've left my number multiple times and haven't received a single call back. It's really disappointing because we genuinely had a good time, but the lack of follow-up and customer service has been frustrating. I understand mistakes happen, but the way this has been handled is not okay. Just wanted to share my experience so others are aware.
