First time in Jacksonville, found this place. Went online there website. It said there was no cover charge for Sunday March 22. So I drove over an hour to go. Thinking I'll see what's it all about. I walk in then told it's 10 dollars per person for cover. I showed the flyer and he said it's because of the pageant. Not anywhere on the website said anything about that nor there Facebook. After having to talk to the owner she returned my money. That's after I had to talk to two different ppl. Then I go to the bar. Drinks were suppose to be 4.25 for well after 10pm. I wasn't thinking because of the hoops I had to go through to get the cover charge back. I order 2 drinks so 8.50. I gave her a 20 she gives me 6.50 back. I tip her two dollars and then after like 20 mins I think to myself she charged me 7 dollars each drink. Im sorry but just that im not a local doesn't mean you can extort me to paying more. This is not how you get new customers. I warn you if you go here make sure you're being charged right. read more

InCahoots Nightclub was so amazing to go back to as I had not been back since it was 3-D. Just Wow, this place is entirely upgraded and while it has been for many years the Queen Bartender of InCahoots is named Kathy. Kathy is everything we met her at the bar and stayed because of her energy and her amazing conversations with us. This is the place that no matter how busy they get they still check in on you it's great energy great history, fun filthy and fabulous. I am so glad you kept your natural tree that was sprouting out of you since the late 90s. And I'm happy to see that 3-D you's all grown up now and are one lucky b! read more

My girlfriend wanted to go experience a girl atmosphere girl on girl and it's pretty. She is beautiful girl walked up to her. They had an enjoyable time. She had a wonderful experience and always totally enjoyed the girl on girl experience that pretty girl asked to show up again it's been a while, but she will go back. She said to go home with her and they did the girl on girl thing and she totally enjoyed that it was very different. She brought her own toys. It was definitely an experience for me to watch and enjoy, but she wanted to totally get the grill on girl full vibe experience and would go back. Came in with my friends and the LONG HAIR BARTENDER was especially rude for no reason. She's horrible. Everyone else was accommodating and nice. She needs some extra training. Added: I learned it was the "owners" seat. She could've said that. I'm in no way trying to disrespect the community. I love the LGBTQ+ community. I was supporting but her attitude was horrible. Bars are both cash and card, but with card there is a $2.50 surcharge everytime you close a tab, but a tab is only good with the bar area where it is opened (there are two separate bars in the building). Ample street parking all around, but expect to walk a block or two if it's busy. I went on Urban Night, music was great but dance floor was mostly occupied with a drag show. Just no. The have a cover fee at the door. You definitely have to look past the colorful flyers and social media ads. I say that because when you get there, the place is very run down and low budget. Renovation is definitely needed. Maybe just work on one bar at a time. Just start with the floors, just start with the ceilings, just start somewhere, anywhere! I can't accurately rate this place because I didn't get to experience it, really. Yelp & Google both said this place opened at 6 PM on Friday, so we showed up around 6:15, only to find ourselves alone in the parking lot. Upon entering the bar, we were told by the only employee that although they technically open at 6 PM, they don't start serving until 9 PM. What? Seriously? And then to add insult to injury, we were told that there would be a cover, too. A cover? Where am I? I highly doubt there will be a second visit. read more

The security guards here literally stole my things and every single one of them are simply terrible at customer service. Y'all really hired anybody huh? When I was being let inside, a security guard told me that I couldnt bring in my weed; I don't have a car so he specifically told me that he would hide my canister and showed me where. By the end of the night both my things and him have disappeared. The apparent boss tried to 'help' but never even asked me what the security guard looked like or offered any consolation. On top of that he was extremely rude, just like the rest of his staff was the entire night. I seriously hope that wasn't the real boss, but it probably is because it would explain his employee's attitude. Another guard simply ignored me and told me to get out of the way of people leaving after I told him my problems! I have to admit that this was a very nice-looking nightclub but I will never come back because of your terrible staff and I will be letting anybody who wants to go there know of this huge disservice. Absolutely disgusted, please start training the people you decide to employ. Going to figure out how to write your corporate or whoever to make sure this review isnt overlooked by the staff. My two girlfriends and I came here on a Friday night while we in town from San Francisco for a conference. This place was hysterical and lots of fun. The service was just so, so, having to wait quite a while for a drink but when the drinks are so extremely cheap you should expect that. They had all you can drink well drinks for $20 later in the night, $10 all u can drink beer and 2 for 1 drinks all night. Great deal! The drag show was pretty good. They took my asian friend on stage and immediately renamed her "Bok Choy". The place was packed and when they had everyone go on stage to do the electric slide for a youtube video we really got to see the Florida dance scene. So funny but some real lighthearted fun!! I would definitely recommend if you are staying in Jacksonville and would probably return if I was in the area. Great DJ!!!! read more

This is the BEST SPOT IN JACKSONVILLE if you want to get ripped off. Spend $10 on a cover and you are welcome to be around some of the most unfriendly people in Jacksonville. Everybody who works here must truly loathe it given the dismissive attitude they present you when you walk in the door. I showed up with a group of 20 people and they seemed irritated we darkened the doorway. Once inside, the bar service was slow. The other people there were fun to be around, but not worth the hassle of dealing with the awful customer service. A much better alternative would be Metro. It is on Willow Branch Ave if you want a better time with a better show and better service. This gets 1 star. Honestly, I wish I gave my $10 to the homeless man hassling me outside rather than this self-righteous bar. read more

The worst part about this club would be the employees. I left my phone inside use my locator and said it was at the location of the bar and they would not let me in to get my phone. I ended up losing my job over it. Plus I had to call the cops. If you get to the bar too early the employees in the front will try to overcharge you so they can pocket the difference. It has been a long time since I have been this bar and this show was truly LACK LUSTER. I was expecting more energy and just a better show. It's friday bring on someone that can entertain the people and believe me everyone around me felt the same. Came down to Jacksonville this past weekend and it just so happy to be PRIDE weekend as well.. Interesting but I must say that I wasn't impressed! The cover was $20 and for the type of crowd and venue that was being offered just simply wasn't worth the money. I saw some reviews that said there was a cover. I would have never paid a cover for this place. The first thing I noticed and that I clearly can remember is that the whole place smelled like a toilet. It hit you like a ton of bricks when you came in. It feels like being at a homecoming dance venue. It was loud and irritating to me. It felt like a lot of cliques. The place feels run down but the staff was nice. It seemed far away from everything else in Jacksonville, and the area made me nervous about leaving my car parked unable to see it. This is my least favorite gay bar in the area. read more

One of my favorite nights to visit this night club is Wednesday's . Lately incahoots have been sleeping on the music. This is a mixed night and the music hasn't been the same. I was really excited to go to this club because it was rated as the number one gay club in the area by a travel website. I looked on there website and it said that on Saturday's it was $10 to get in. When my friends and I got there we walked inside because we didn't see any bouncer. However, we were stopped halfway in the club by the bouncer who didn't notice us walk in because he was talking to the front desk attendant. After pulling us back to the entrance they checked our ID's and told us that it was $15 to get in. We told them that on there website it said $10 and we were rudely told by the bouncer that he wasn't in charge of the website. We showed them the website and the attendant leaned over the desk into the light and gave us a menacing look before telling us that the charge was still 15 dollars. After feeling threatened, we left not wanting the situation to escalate. If I could give this bar a lower rating I would. read more

We attended InCahoots 2 times. The first time I wish we would've known that it was Urban Night. Saturday night is apparently Urban Night, and me and my boyfriend were not aware of that and decided to try out the bar. We were practically man handled by a big thug bouncer. Once we got past that we were the only white people in the bar. It took us a bit to get a drink because the bartender was "hungry." We returned on Sunday night and it was much better. The show was decent. The crowd was better, however, there not many attractive people in there. We made some great friends that had awesome personalities. We wish we would've known about Friday nights. Remember, Saturday is Urban Night. read more

We were regulars until last night. We used to go at least once, sometimes twice a week because they have good drink specials. Unfortunately, the owner is the rudest person I've ever met and so obviously doesn't care at all about customers. The place is super run down and the bathrooms are gross, but we looked past those issues because normally the place was fun. But after spending an hour and a half sitting at the bar drinking, we were told we had to move because our seats were reserved for a birthday party. Too bad there were no reserved signs in front of our seats when we got there at 10:45. The only reserved signs were down at the other end and those signs are there constantly. So we closed out our tab and left. The owner didn't even care that she was treating us like crap or even offer to comp our tab. In fact, she called the bartender over just to tell him we wanted to close our tab so that we'd leave faster. Also, the birthday party was a bunch of her friends. So whatever, we'll just go to The Metro every week instead of Incahoots. I've never been treated like trash at that place. read more

I've been coming to InCahoots for 3 or 4 years now since my best friend (who is lesbian) introduced me to it. I'm a straight female and I'm married, I take my husband every time I go and we love it. It's a fun atmosphere, non judgmental. You don't have to worry about anyone aggressively hitting on you like many "straight" clubs. Wednesdays are one of the best nights to go! There is no cover (atleast for 21+ not sure about 18+) and the drinks are cheaper. Fridays are really fun too though! I avoid Saturdays since i'm not really into the urban scene or music (aside from general artists that you hear on the radio i guess). The bartenders are quick to get your order and deliver, there's one that even remembers us every time we go! (that always feels nice as a patron). The drag shows are awesome!!! really entertaining and it's nice to have something to watch while you're having your first couple of drinks.. after the ladies finish their show the dance floor opens up and by then i'm ready to dance! read more

I have found out that as a VIP who has been going to Incahoots for over 15 years that I get pushed aside as the bartenders are trying to give more attention to the paying customers than a loyal customer. After not going to Incahoots for several years after it changed names I returned on the night of a friends benefit and was very surprised at how the place had changed. The staff is always very friendly its a dance club with a neighborhood bar feel. They have great drink specials. Compared to Metro hands down Incahoots is a better option. Friday night is for sure the night to go to Incahoots. With $20 all you can drink you are sure to get your moneys worth. The Drag shows are good and the bartenders have a heavy hand!! read more
