She confirmed it was a vascular occlusion, which can cause permanent damage if not treated right away. When I arrived for treatment, Julie wasn't at her salon. She texted that she'd "be right back," but I ended up waiting over an hour, along with what another client who was also waiting. Once she arrived, the appointment dragged on for another three hours -- and she still didn't properly treat the affected area. She promised to meet me after work to finish treatment but showed up 45 minutes late, and decided not to wait any longer since it was already 9pm. She texted me at 9:30 saying she was there claiming she'd lost her phone, even though she told me she was in the car going straight to me. A couple of days later, she met with me for the second attempt and again for another three-hour session, but unfortunately, the issue still wasn't resolved. I now need to see a doctor to make sure no lasting damage. Overall, this experience was stressful, unprofessional, and concerning for my health.
