I'm been going to see Dr. Lacombe for a couple of years now. I've been getting fillers for years…read moreand have been injected by many surgeons and derms. I originally heard of Dr. Lacombe from a women I met, who had perfectly gorgeous lips. She told me that Dr. Lacombe had injected her. Lips are very tricky and it takes a highly skilled, trained surgeon to inject properly. I've had my lips injected many times and no one in the area compares. Many Plastic Surgeons are not injecting fillers anymore or don't inject often. Dr. Lacombe is the exception and does lots of filler injections, stays on top of the latest techniques, newest fillers and teaches other surgeons his techniques. Dr. Lacombe has a special camera that captures your image in 3-d. From this image he is able to determine what areas of your face need contouring and filling. He takes a great deal of time to fully go over the pictures with you to determine where the fillers should be placed to achieve the best results. If you are going for fillers in fine lines and lips, be prepared for a novocaine injection. It's not a big deal and makes it easier for him to work in this area. He's caring, skilled, precise and very honest. He'll tell you what looks good and what does not. I've been very pleased after each visit. He he has also corrected overfilled areas from other doctors. His staff is wonderful. No waiting time and they are always available to answer any questions. I highly recommend his practice, regardless where you live in the Bay Area. Its worth the trip!!

From my very first phone call, consultation, follow-up emails, video calls, and scheduling, every single person has been attentive, efficient, kind, and incredibly responsive. Dr. Tom has surrounded himself with an amazing team. I never once felt forgotten, hurried, or like my questions were a bother. I had a conscious sedation, or "awake," tummy tuck with liposuction to my abdomen and flanks. Because we live out of the area, I had several calls and video visits with the office before surgery. By the time I arrived, I felt completely relaxed and well informed. My questions had been answered, my labs were complete, and I already had my medications in hand. The entire process was incredibly organized. Surgery day could not have gone more smoothly. I had no complications or complaints and was completely comfortable. I actually napped on and off throughout the procedure! The entire surgical team made me feel safe, relaxed, and very well cared for. The post-op care has been just as impressive. Dr. Tom personally stayed in contact with both my husband and me the day of surgery and the following day, and we were given his personal cell phone number in case we had any concerns or urgent needs. On my second night post-op, I developed a mild fever of 100.9°. My husband called Dr. Tom at 8:30 that evening, and he answered his cell phone immediately. He was incredibly kind and reassuring, talked us through what was happening, and gave us advice on what to do. Thankfully, everything was fine and it was simply my body reacting to everything it had been through. Dr. Tom then called the next morning to check on me and offered to have me come into the office if I wanted to be seen. That experience really drove home that when he gives you his personal number and tells you to call if you need him, he means it. I'm now post-op day five and am still receiving a daily text checking on my progress. That level of care means so much. And the results... WOW. I know I'm only five days post-op and several months away from seeing my final result, but I already could not be happier. I can see beautiful definition in my waist and a flat stomach, even this early in the healing process. For anyone wondering about my starting point, I'm 5'2", was 124 pounds going into surgery, and would consider myself to have an athletic build. My trouble areas have always been my "mom pouch" and love handles, where I tended to carry any extra weight. At 46 years young, I finally decided to do this as a gift to myself.
