So disappointed with ageless image, I spent 2,000 dollars and they placed the Juvederm injection so low in my chicks I look like the joker, they offer to dissolved them but I was afraid to do that since it would look even worst probably so they were kind enough to give me a complementary dysport on my forehead not a big deal for the huge mistake it was made. They don't do refunds, so I would never go back here. Warning they don't care they just take your money be careful, I'm not sure how much experience do they have. I never had this problem in florida ever I live here in West Marin so I wanted a place closer to home. read more

I was misquoted the price on the ph before I came in. I was clear I wanted the same dysport injections i'd received for the past 10yrs. I came away with 20% effect. I'm used to a minimum of 90%. It's good they have a 2wk checkup but the offer to complete the 70% with extra fee. $600 for brow area has always been enough to make me happy. This place told me they'd give me no movement then continued to backtrack for more $. The people are nice and the place is clean enough. I will never go back. read more

Response to Leslie: Leslie, I am not slandering your business. I am giving an honest review of my experience. The entire undertone of your response is unprofessional. You did not put a full syringe in my lips - you FIXED an error of no fault of mine which resulted in me being over filled and I am now suffering from migration. I would also disagree that you jumped through hoops. Again, this is a service I was happy to pay for until the service I paid for isn't what I received and now I'm out more money than I ever intended on spending because I have to pay to get it dissolved. If your practitioner has a personal medical condition then perhaps your manager should not be sharing that information publicly to clients. And perhaps your receptionist should be informed not to share truth about how your business is operating. Also, it seems shady to admit giving my friend a refund and saying she looks fine in the same sentence. You clearly are admitting she chose refund over correction... she also did not trust your company with correction again. You had no choice but to give my friend a refund because her lips looked worse than mine. I did not love my lips, you didn't even love my lips. You said you would follow up with me in two weeks and I never heard from you, Leslie. When you asked me how I felt I said scared but I was obviously grateful for your kindness towards me and thanked you many times. I've worked in the customer service industry for years and HATE complaining and appreciate more than most when an issue is trying to be remedied. Also, I have barely any negative reviews in seven years. I save my reviews for extremely satisfied and extremely dissatisfied experiences only. Lastly, I chose correction- as stated above per your professional opinion. This is not my career path and patients have no choice but to trust the professionals. We went to the Sanoma Country Music Festival where they had a booth set up. We were so lucky they were there as our friend almost passed out, she was diagnosed with terminal cancer and has been struggling with sever nausea over the past few days. They were able to give her a 20 minute IV infusion of Sodium Chloride, Toradol, and Zophren. It totally saved her night. Recommend them 100%! Sweet staff and amazing support! Unfortunately while she was getting hooked up, a woman tried to use the private patient restroom and one of the staff politely let her know that it was for patients only. The woman said, "Well I was going to get an infusion." She rolled her eyes, made a dismissive hand gesture and walked away. The staff member politely said, "Oh if your a patient please, go ahead." But by that time she already stomped off. It was so rude and dismissive to the staff. Purchased three facials through Groupon. Had my daughter do the first facial. Location was in the back of the parking lot at Cottingtown mall. It was kinda a rundown building, and I wasn't thrilled with seeing the parking lot while my daughter was getting her facial, or being able to hear the traffic. Just not the elite spa setting I'm accustomed to. The Esthetician, Jessica was nice. Helpful. Knowledgeable in her job. She's also a RN. My daughter didn't like her facial- it was more for teenage extractions, as mine would be for a mere face mask and massage. My first appt (for myself) is in 2 weeks.
