I'm a total wax-wimp. Well, that sure changed today!!!…read moreAmelia is absolutely FABULOUS! I had a couple of different waxing services and Amelia was great. She was calming, professional, and told me about the process (I'm fairly new to waxing) so I felt 100% comfortable. The two services took way less time than I'd expected (approximately 20 minutes, total) and was nearly painless, which is not what I was expecting. I'll absolutely be going back to Amelia. In fact, I rebooked, without hesitation, before I left the salon. No photos to share...

When son finally agreed to a trim, I googled for a reasonably priced salon in Healdsburg with an available appointment and online booking. I found Jennifer Cadd and her salon, Vanity. Jennifer gave my reluctant teenager a great haircut that he really likes! She asked questions about what he wanted and absolutely delivered what he asked for. My kid has basically never been happy with a haircut, and this was the first time he got the cut he wanted. Vanity is a quiet, comfortable salon with reasonably priced services and plenty of parking, which makes it kind of a unicorn in Healdsburg. Plus, Jennifer is the *nicest* person, and she somehow made both my son and I feel comfortable immediately. We'll be regular customers going forward--I'm really happy we found Vanity!

I'd had Botox twice before, just a little for my "elevens," but with my 57th birthday approaching, I wanted to try a bit more. Dr. Chiang explained everything so thoughtfully and thoroughly before we started. I can't believe how good the results turned out -- I don't know how she did it, but my eyes look lighter and brighter. I look refreshed, not fake, which was exactly what I wanted. She also did a "lip-flip" with the Botox, which I didn't even know was possible, and I love it. They look so much fuller. Whether you're a seasoned Botox user or completely new to it, like I was, you'll be thrilled with the results. I can't wait to go back!
