She's such a sweet person , an I'm sure she's amazing with other people but it didn't work out for me. She filled in my eyelashes and literally within a day , they were falling out- I emailed them an whoever replied to my emails, pretty sure it was Amber, was so rude about everything- as if it were my fault. I LOVE Lash out! Being Asian, I have very thin and short lashes that are straight as well. I need several coats of waterproof mascara to hold my lashes up (regular mascara just doesn't do). I have found a place that gives me gorgeous long lashes everyday when I wake up! Shout out to my girl Priti whom I have been seeing for the past 7 months. She does an amazing job every time. Each lash is adhere to your own individual lash thus creating a full, natural, barbie doll look that I love! The lash studio is also very cute and whimsical. There are lash art pieces and lash pillows. Each individual lash station is covered by drawn curtains. You go inside and lay down on a bed. There are blankets to cover you in case you get cold. I always request a neck pillow for comfort since I can't lay flat too long. A session is about a hour. I usually just relax and let the magic happen! Thanks Priti and Lash out! *As someone that has worked in hospitality for a very long time I do not take writing negative reviews lightly. That said, after the experience I've had and much deliberation I find it necessary to inform others. I have been a regular on and off for a few years now. I have always recommended this business to friends, family, and strangers who ask about my lashes. The more experienced ladies do a wonderful job and until recently I have had decent customer service. After doing the volume lashes for years I decided to give the classics a try. The extensions on one of my eyes began falling off the day after I got them done with a handful of others twisting around and poking me in the eyes. No problem, I figured it was just an issue with the glue/ the lashes being too long so I contacted Lash Out to get them fixed. Unlike other lash places I've been to, I was not offered a complementary touch-up. A few days later I contacted them again with picyu because I was now missing about 1/3 of my lashes on one eye. I still was not offered a touch up and told the loss was normal shedding even though the majority of extensions that fell out were not attached to any of my own lashes. After a long back and forth I was offered $10 off because I was "unhappy" not because of the unacceptable service I received. I am very disappointed as I didn't pay to have a now 50% bald eye within a week of getting them done. I truly hope they take better care of their customers in the future because the majority of the lash artists that work there are very talented, kind women and do not deserve to lose clients because the coordinator/ receptionist doesn't know a thing about customer service. Fortunately after explaining what happened to my new lash place, they happily accepted a new customer and even offered me a discount on fixing my lashes. Let me start by saying my lash artist Jessica is a sweetie pie and always professional. I let Jessica know in our initial meeting that I was claustrophobic . I explained to her I had a hard time keeping my eyes closed for long periods of time. She was very understanding and was always soothing. I went to Lash Out on a recommendation from a girlfriend. My first two experiences going every five weeks we're fine. Then I noticed my extensions were falling out in a matter of days . Plus my normal eyelashes were breaking. I called Lash Out to explain my issue and ask for suggestions! They suggested I make an appointment with a master. Little did I know the master was the owner. The first 15 minutes of my visit she was not wanting to do work on me at all. She suggested I take off all the eyelashes. This would've left me with short, stubby Eyelashes. So we did the remainder of the appointment . Being that she was a master it was $120 for a fill. Four days later my eyelashes started falling off again. I texted and asked what they suggested I do. I came back in and Jessica did a full set for me for $70. This was a week after my master set. 10 days later I texted them again and sent pictures that my eyelashes were again falling out. They suggested that I go somewhere else and even gave me a list of other people. I asked if I could come back in and get a fill, so I can at least have Eyelashes while looking for another artist. They agreed! I went back in today and as Jessica was attempting to put my eyelashes on and I became claustrophobic. I believe coupled with my anxiety about the owner and the way they handled things. I could not go through with it. She was able to put on a few lashes before I started to panic. The unfortunate part is they still charge me $50. I think I've paid them almost $800.00 in four months. The first time I went back when I thought my eyelashes are falling out. I asked for solutions! Her solution was not to do business with me anymore. I think the owner needs a lesson on good customer service. As far as her master eyelash skills go, I think Jessica is more worth the money. I had a fantastic experience with Lash Out last week. I noticed they had a special they were promoting on Facebook which I decided to take them up on.  We exchanged both FB messages and text to confirm what I wanted/needed then set up the appointment for the following morning with Mariah Gabriel **** EDIT: (I followed her to Glow on 2nd)****Updated. They text and emailed me a reminder. The spa is clean, organized and easy for parking/access. I sat with Karli to go over what type of lashes I liked best, she showed me photos which captured the overall look I wanted. She did a fantastic job, the lashes turned out exactly how I wanted them (she really listened), then a week later they emailed me to see how my lashes were. I've gotten lashes locally, out of state and internationally. This is the first time anyone has checked in on me. Best of all I hadn't lost a single lash in the first week, which I have found to be rare. I'm in my second week, the lashes are still in place, they feel light and natural but long and curled. Jessica Bjorg is THE BEST lash artist EVER!! Everyone in the salon is so polite and works with me and my crazy schedule! There are days that I realize I can't make my appointment and they are very quick to fix it. I go in every three weeks with most of my lashes still on. I have never had a lash artist do so good on my lashes, and have them last so long! they always greet me "hi" and "bye" and make it a point to have a conversation with me. On top of everything, their salon is so cute! Its so well put together, they put a lot of thought into it. I must preface this with the fact that I had a good experience three years ago with Lash Out so it pains me to have to make such a negative report. I referred a friend and co-worker to Lash Out and they had such a bad experience that I felt awful about it... I initially tried to call Whitney, giving her the benefit of the doubt and had the intention, ironically, of purchasing a gift certificate (from Whitney) to give to my friend in order to iron things out and redeem myself as a reliable friend... Oddly, to my complete surprise, she never returned my calls... I know they do a brisk business so I didn't initially hold it against her until the third call (called 3 times over 10 days or so) and the receptionist told me, after indicating that Whitney was there and putting me on hold to go get her..........that I would, "have to make an appointment" to "speak to her"..... This was what she told me after conferring with Whitney... I remember saying (after a long stunned pause...), "I'm sorry, what?" She reiterated and I was stunned... Really? Now, you can't make an appointment without giving them your credit card number wherein they will charge you if you cancel, et cetera... I was unwilling to pay the hundreds of dollars necessary, apparently, for the privilege of securing an audience with Whitney and my intention of purchasing a Gift Certificate......well, let's say I had second thoughts at that point. I was really just shocked and confused. And all the more sorry for foolishly referring my friend to Lash Out. What on earth was going on?? This now is second-hand information on my part but I just had to relate to you some of the issues my friend experienced... They kept giving her, 'The Whisper Set' of lashes despite what she had asked for which was a fuller set. They did this with no explanation. She had scheduled and paid for the extended appointments but did not receive the set as promised and the appointment duration was not adhered to. The lashes were unevenly applied and/or fell off one eye in less than 48-hours despite following all the care guidelines. When she went back to have them redone she was met with silence and hostility and later a weird ad hominem attack via e-mail over a claimed (and frankly bizarre) issue that had nothing to do with the work done. If this were only about sub par work then that would be one thing but the 'tone' upon which my friend was treated was just darn nasty, even vindictive. And no, my friend is not the least bit difficult and is aptly described as a reasonable, educated, professional woman. I am sadly at a loss for where Lash Out has gone wrong. I certainly won't be patronizing this business again nor will I refer her anymore clients. Here's how it went down. I tried to call to make an appointment for four people to get lashes done prior to a wedding at the end of next month. A lot of $$ for Lash Out so you'd think they'd really try to accommodate. And I was calling over three weeks in advance. But after several back and forth phone calls over the course of an entire day they called back to say they would only do it if they could see us two times before the wedding. They then also said they wouldn't do the brides lashes three days before the wedding, thus meaning she had to come in for more sessions (even though I had told them we wanted to schedule a good week before the special day). What does this all amount to? More $$$ for Lash Out. Basically they wanted to get us to pay for two sessions per person and tried to use the wedding to force us into multiple sessions, to 'test it out' and see how we liked it. It would have been one thing if they had 'strongly suggested' this, but they said they flat out wouldn't do it so close to the wedding. Now, I know weddings are tricky and one does want to be careful about things having to do with the face but it seemed to me they were more interested in scamming us and, in my opinion if the bride/client wants to take the risk, that's up to her. In the end, it all just seemed sort of shady and inconvenient. The huge grain of salt one must take from this review is that I never even got to get the lashes with Lash Out. For all I know their lashes could be great...but the hurdle of inconvenient scheduling and seeming manipulations for multiples sessions just left me with a bad taste. I'm really sorry to say it but Lash Out just made me want to lash out. JUST WANTED TO ADD ON THE FOLLOWING TO THE ABOVE REVIEW: To the credit of Lash Out, Whitney called me to follow up and explained their policy. I'm not entirely sure I feel there isn't some monetary element to their policy but it also makes sense that a business would be very cautious when dealing with brides. And the fact that Whitney personally reached out and wanted to explain/attempt to remedy the situation is a sign that she cares about both her business and her clients...Just saying it was nice to be heard... read more

It costs a little more to have Whitney do them because she is so good at them, even though I am sure the others girls are great too. I got a natural set, and she sat down and we discussed exactly what I was looking for and it was exactly what I got! The service took an hour and I will tell you that the first time can be a little unnerving, and weird, but she helped me to relax and was very comforting yet professional. I went here for the first time and got a lash lift done. I would say they did a good job overall my eyelashes are more curled than before. One definitely turned out better than the other but the better one was on my eye that naturally had more curl in the lashes to start with. Be aware the price isn't posted online,surprise, and I was surprised that the lash lift by itself was $150. Given that price tag I probably won't be doing it again or at least not at this place. This place freaking rocks!! I've been to several other lash extension spots and I'm returning to this one because I didnt know just how good I had it here. I forgot to tip the girl-hey, it was Christmas- sorry!-but I actually went back today -2 months later-because she did such an awesome job. My Diva Set lasted over a month and that was with my swimming in a heavily chlorinated pool almost every night! My lashes never caught on each other and I didn't leave with lashes falling off anywhere. Their building is kind of tucked away and looks small upon entering but opens up into a surprisingly huge and comfortable waiting area. By far some of the worst customer service. I got my lashes done for a wedding that was only 3 days later and by that time one of my eyes was noticeably thinner than the other. When I called only 5 days after my service I could not get answer so I left a message. They got back to me, 2 days later and by that point the one eye was almost gone. I asked for an appointment that day since I had to work and you could see how different my eyes were. They refused and said they would call if there were any cancelations, they never called, ever. Costumer service is the worst! I went here for the special they had with the jr artist.i was there for over 3 hrs. The next day my eyes were super swollen and i had glue all over my eyelids.! So i called lexi the receptionist, she insisted that that could not be possible for me to have glue on eyelids and replied that that could not be possible when i even sent her pictures! .So I requested to see someone different to do my lashes for my free touchup that i had. And she said that was not possible, i had to see the same girl that took over 3 hrs and got lots of glue on eyelids! Or i could see some one else but had to pay the full price, she refused to give me any sorts of disccount! Karli is a very skilled lash specialist and her work is top notch. I enjoy my appointments with her The problem I have is one of the staff who works the front desk. (However, Jessica is a sweet heart) If one is throwing down substantial coin every 3 weeks to get you lashes done you'd expect a bit better attitude or at least a smile. I asked for a breakdown of my costs and got major attitude. It's very clear to me that they have a very profitable service being rendered, which I have no problem with whatsoever--However don't gouge us on every aspect of the service. I loved my lashes here and Jovan, my lash artist was amazing. She was the best lash artist I've had, very gentle, fast, detail oriented and professional. My lashes always looked perfect, full, even and would usually last a reasonable amount of time. My complaint is that it cost $120 for a volume lash fill every three weeks...and that's if I was lucky! Sometimes I'd need to get a fill after two weeks, depending if I wore makeup or had a shedding cycle. Comparable places in the area only charge $75. read more

You will find she is extremely talented, efficient, and truly enjoys making people look good and feel good about themselves. As time has progressed, we have gotten to know each other (a little ) She gently reminds me we can catch -up for five minutes or so- and she needs to focus to achieve that full-lash look I so love.... Her delivery is actually very appropriate and sweet =) I appreciate she keeps us on-task so I'm able to get the look I want.. - Beyond doing a meticulous job, Natalia is very calm, gentle and extremely kind. The ambiance at Lash Out is fit for a celebrity.. From the trendy/hip interior design, peaceful music and excellent customer service.. You won't be disappointed. If I were to have a few Lash-Out wish list items, it would be to encourage the owner to consider an occasional discount to loyal customers. Some ideas are : 1. A pink punch card with the Lash Out Eye Logo - Say after one has received 10-full lash out appointments, you get your next half off or something. 2. Holiday's are another biggie. I was very disappointed with my visit here. The first time I went to Lash Out, I was 17 and it was such a bad experience that I don't think I would ever get lash extensions again. I feel like I was taking advantage of since it was my first time ever getting lash extensions and I was assigned a very inexperienced person. I'm surprised to read a negative review as I have had nothing but good experiences from Whitney and Lash Out. I live in Napa and wasn't able to get a really good recommendation for someone locally so I did my research to find someone who had advance training and was very experienced as I have had lashes many times in the past several years and have had some bad experiences. I found Whitney at Lash Out and was willing to drive over there to try her out. I came away extremely happy and have been every time for the last year and a half. They have 4 "booths" with stylists that are booked every time I'm there so I'm not the only one who agrees they do a fantastic job! They are extremely professional, clean, and accommodating to my ever changing and busy schedule. The ONLY reason why I would ever choose to get my lashes done elsewhere is if I found someone just as good as Lash Out closer to home---highly unlikely! I have been going to Whitney with Lashout for about 3 years now! I recently got married on September 1st. Because of the amazing, glomarous, natural lashes Whitney did for me I didn't even have to wear a crazy amount of make-up! I had a very natural look with popping eyes thanks to my lashes. Like I said I have been going to Whitney for about three years and my lashed last me 4 to 6 weeks. However 2 months before my wedding Whitney suggested that I see her at least everything 3 weeks so we can practice different lashes until I find that right ones for the wedding. I am so glad she suggested it because I was able to tell her okay no I want them thicker, longer or darker. Which in the end I got all 3 :) I do see women with J curls these days which is a super long long lash and I really want them but I can't get them yet because I need to get my lashes longer. My natural lashes are as short as my bottom lashes which is why I have been getting extensions. I have started using lashfood which you can also get at lashout. If I was better about putting it on everyday I probably could have the J curls by now :) I love going to Lashout because of the atmosphere. The calm, it not only allows me to feel beautiful but pampered, relaxed and honestly it takes me away for a minute. But, not like a spa because the studio setting makes it even more personal. Whitney really takes a lot of time with each client and does such a great job- I have never left unsatisfied...... the lashes speak for themselves- gives me confidence & I go to hot yoga 3x/week and they still are in great condition- even afterwards.
