I feel 100% comfortable during her services and throughout the appointment. Her space is clean and well decorated. There are bathrooms that are clean and convenient. There is a large parking lot for parking. I leave each appointment satisfied with my results. If I were looking for a change from my regular style of lashing Madeline was easy to communicate with and open to feedback. Each time she fully met my expectations. I schedule appointments regularly every 2 weeks. I find that I still have significant retention at the 2 week mark and believe my lashes still look amazing. I prefer the regular fills d/t the cycle of eyelash growth. However, if needed to extend pass 2 weeks d/t personal scheduling issues I found the eyes lashes to continue to be satisfactory. Scheduling is easy and stress free. In the beginning, I booked my next appointment with Madeline at the end of my current appointment. Now, I have changed to booking through her online site. https://www.madelinemaebeauty.com/ She has varied times that are accommodating. I have always received advanced notice if her regular scheduling we're to alter. For example, if she were to be going out of town she would make me aware so I could plan my next appointment accordingly I pay Madeline at the end of the service via mobile/online services. They do require at least 24 hours notification if you are going to cancel and they charge 50% of the service if it is not canceled within those 24 hours. I came here to get my lashes fixed and saw Ashley. The new lash client appointment is scheduled for 1.5 hours I was out an a little over an hour. She did an amazing job. I went in with my eye completely bald. She was profesional and kind. The studio is located right off of main st so parking could be tricky. There is a parking garage located to your left right when you see the studio. It's clean inside and cute. If you check in on Yelp you get a free piece of jewelry. Glad I found this place!

Priti was amazing and listened carefully as I explained my ideal brows. She took her time evaluating my brows and shared a lot of knowledge about nano brows such as, the best candidates for it, and the healing process. After working on my brows, Priti showed me what they would look like after a nano brow session. However, once she finished, I realized it wasn't quite the result I expected, as Priti had mentioned from the start that I had a lot of eyebrow hairs, nano brows is for people with extremely thin/ sparse brows. She then recommended "powder brows" which I didn't even know existed. I'm really thankful that Priti took the time to educate me on the differences. Each lash is adhere to your own individual lash thus creating a full, natural, barbie doll look that I love! The lash studio is also very cute and whimsical. There are lash art pieces and lash pillows. Each individual lash station is covered by drawn curtains. You go inside and lay down on a bed. There are blankets to cover you in case you get cold. I am really disappointed with the lack of follow-up from Jena (Owner). It's been almost two weeks of trying to book an appointment as her client of two and a half years. It's really quite embarrassing. Neglecting clientele is completely unprofessional. My last appointment I had scheduled, I asked to reschedule because I needed to travel out of town. Jena never returned my text and so did not confirm the cancellation with me. I usually get a text message about the appointment, which I did not receive. Without my knowledge, Jena cancelled my appointment so that morning I text her I was on my way. Maybe a clear case of miscommunication and I get it, these things happen. However, since that day, I have yet to hear from her about rescheduling me. It is in the nature of business to learn how to follow-up. So simple. I have never been treated like this and am a very loyal paying customer. Like I said, rescheduling is normal. Everyone has a life. Everyone is busy. Just be professional and own up to the fact that if you cannot handle the amount of work you're faced with, just pay for someone to organize your clients for you. I would suggest getting an assistant to help with bookings before expanding. It's just not a good look to maintain especially with clientele who isn't afraid to write about their horrible experiences. This is a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. As a business owner myself, I'd want the absolute best experience for my customers. This is clearly not a great experience. I did not expect this at all. Luckily I found an amazing lash studio in Rohnert Park. I loooove their studio, politeness, thoroughness AND professionalism. Their prices are also so much more affordable. My lashes are bomb.
