Accomodating despite being very busy when I walked in. Willing to do my crazy nail art request on my big toe. Really enjoyed the volcano spa pedicure. Despite the massage chairs being really worn out, it provided a great massage (they're getting new chairs too). I would return for sure. I went there for the first time on August 5 . I was so excited cause I am going back home to celebrate my recent engagement and my family gets to see my ring for the first time . It's day two and my nails look like it's been weeks. I also paid for a manicure and my nails look worse then when I came in as far as my cuticles etc. I was very generous with my tip and only to be disappointed the next day. I will not be returning. After the last time and the gal tore open 9 cuticles, I was done. I searched for a new salon and In Style Nails had great reviews so I made an online appointment (which I love the convenience of online booking.) The salon is clean, comfortable, modern and my service was excellent. It's been almost 3 weeks and my nails are still going strong! And, I walked out with my cuticles intact! I came here after a poorly executed full set manicure, for a soak off and new set. They were extremely busy, but the management was very kind and sweet to me regardless. Tony did an INCREDIBLE job on my new full set, he was very attentive to every detail, didn't hurt me or make me bleed from being too rough, and recommended options and suggestions based off of my poorly sanded nail beds. Andrew is the first professional that offered hombre nail design upon meeting me. I really like his energy. I made an appointment for this afternoon to get a gel pedicure from him in one of their massage chairs. This was my first visit to In Style Nails, but it won't be my last. This will be my new nail spot for sure. They also do waxing but I have a spot for that. Andrew says they're mostly booking dipping powder appointments at this shop. I am so satisfied with my gel manicure. I'm a few weeks I will try the Gel X set. Pricing is comparable to other shops in the surrounding area. It's very beautiful and peaceful inside this shop. The bathroom is well kept and they only use cloth towels for hand drying. Really good for the environment by keeping waste to a minimum. I'm giving five stars on a first impression basis. We moved here six months ago from the Chicago area and have not been able to find a nail salon that offered level of pedicure treatment and excellence in nail care until we found In Style Nails. The Facility was very sanitary and had enough staff to take us on a half hours notice, but they also take walk-ins. We emphasized what specific type of service we were looking for especially for my husband for his pedicure and the technician was excellent and all that we hoped for! We are sure that our over the phone request was heard and heeded and he was given an excellent technician Who met and even exceeded his expectations! She is Christine. Actually while my husband was getting his pedicure I got a pedicure and dip manicure from another technician who was also excellent. Her name is Candy. Stopped by In Style Nails after shopping at Park Meadows mall & looking up nearby nail salons on Yelp. This is a pretty big establishment, that was surprisingly full for a Thursday morning but they are well staffed and were able to take me for my pedicure right when I walked in which I appreciated. A regular pedicure is $25 which is comparable to all the nail salons in this area (if not cheaper) and I had every intention of just getting the regular shmegular pedi but when Ann, my nail tech started talking about all their upgraded pedicures, I quickly settled on "The Royal". Now I am not one to usually oblige to these kinds of things but I am SO glad I did. This was the best pedicure I've ever had-- from the scrub, to callus removal, to the hot stone massage, and much more, I was thoroughly impressed. I can honestly say it was TOTALLY worth the $52, I didn't want this pedicure to ever end. Overall the place is clean, the staff is friendly, and they seem to run this place very smoothly. I am shocked by all of the positive reviews. My friend and I went here as we've recently moved to the area and are in need of our new go to nail place. This will NOT be it! We had called ahead to get pricing for a dip/powder manicure and were told $45, which is fine. My nails were $55 (because doing your cuticles costs more?) and my friends were even more, BUT she had a design. I'm fine with added costs, but would be nice to know up front and not assume it's ok. My nails were all uniform in length when I walked in but needed a minor trim. I told "Andrew" I wanted them trimmed a very small amount, and that I liked them long. By the time he was done trimming and filing, they are now stubs. One of my nails is already broken on the side where he filed the powder down tmy natural nail. I won't be back to fix it. In addition, Andrew and another nail tech were chatting and laughing the entire time. The tech did not even look at me or hear anything i was saying. He was pretty rough too. My friend was pretty happy with her nails, minus the extra charges. Neither of us felt welcome and we will not be back. Very disappointing! read more

I was visiting from out of town and needed to get my nexgen fixed. There aren't many salons in the area that do nexgen so I drove over to in style after I found them on yelp. If it's busy you might not find parking. Everything else about the salon was great. They had the color and fixed my nails. When I broke another one the next day, I went back and we put a whole new color on and they remembered me and everything. Everyone was super friendly and you could tell there were regulars which is a good sign. Every walkin was accommodated while I was there including me both times I visited. My teenage daughter and I went here for manicures and pedicures. The woman who was doing my daughters manicure and pedicure was extremely rude and rough! She was told my daughter that she had "manly hands". My daughter is a teen and has body issues anyway. Why? Why would this woman do this?????
