So I stopped in to check on prices and availability, and they were able to give me an appointment at 4:30. The shop was clean and uncluttered. The woman who took care of me was kind and responded quickly when the water in the foot basin was too hot for the sunburned top of my feet! She was friendly but quietly efficient. My toes and feet look wonderful and are happy to wear sandals again (with frequently applied sunblock!). I wanted a simple pedi with gel polish, and pricing was pretty close to what I'm used to paying at home. I will return before heading back to Michigan!

FIVE STARS -- The BEST nail salon ever!…read more Nail Art Lounge is truly unmatched! Adrianna, Bambi, Sylvia, and Sophia are all incredible -- I've used every single one of them for both myself and my daughter, and they never disappoint. Everywhere I go, people constantly compliment my nails. I've tried many salons over the years, and this is hands down the best one I've ever been to. They know the proper way to apply and care for your nails, and the quality shows. Their pedicures are absolutely out of this world. The results last forever -- I can literally go five weeks without a fill and my nails look just as perfect as the day I left the salon. Do yourself a favor and book now! Just make sure to schedule ahead... they're always full -- and that's because they're the best.

Lee took her time and really put a lot of effort into scrubbing away and massaging my legs/ feet. She had percision with panting my nails and made sure they were absolutely perfect. I would say the prices are extremely fair and competitive. For 2 pedicures, 1 gel mani & one regular mani it was $83. There is also ample parking as it's in a shopping center. Seriously, where did all these 5 star reviews come from?!? I'll tell you - obviously they're…read moreJenny's customers! I went as a walk-in and wasn't lucky enough to get Jenny (who is also the owner) so my experience was not 5 star worthy. It may not have even been 2 star worthy. I walked in, Tuesday afternoon around 3:30 and the place was empty: 1 customer sitting at the drying table, and 2 employees sitting there staring at me. I'm standing there, clueless, for a least a minute when one of the ladies manages to ask me (in VERY broken English) if I had an appointment. I told her I didn't (although now I wish I had) and that I would like a shellac manicure. She got me the color wheels and told me where to sit. As I was looking thru the colors, I tried asking the woman about lash extensions since I had seen the amazing Yelp photos. She didn't understand and thought I was asking about a color. Oh boy. And she was the better English speaker out of the 2 ladies manning the shop. I later found out that Jenny was in a private room with a lash customer but if I wanted lashes, I could book an appointment and the cost will be $35 -awesome price, kinda too good to be true. I'm intrigued. So back to my manicure. She soaked my hands in cool water. No cuticle remover/lotion applied though. When she proceeded to scrape my nails and clip my cuticles, she was using so much pressure pushing my nail and ripping my skin that it actually hurt! She also tried twisting my thumb toward her further than my thumb can naturally twist - which also hurt. Next, she applied lotion. Yup, lotion. Not at the end of the manicure but immediately following my cuticle removal. The massage was brief. Then she had me wash my hands. When I came back from washing she applied alcohol to my nails and had me bake my hands under the light. What??? Cooking the alcohol in??? The painting process was extremely slow and overly cautious - and never mind me trying to explain the special design I wanted. This was a nightmare and I regret going. My shellac manicure cost $26. I have an appointment for lashes. I imagine that experience will be much better because it's with the owner. Consumer beware. There's only one person that can properly communicate with you here. Hopefully they're better staffed on the weekend.
