Overall a solid In-N-Out. We got an order to go for our office during lunch hours and despite how busy it was, how crowded the drive thru was, the staff served us with a smile on their face and did the utmost to be as efficient as possible. Parking lot can be a bit hectic with the busy lunch rush, but it's a large plaza luckily enough. Inside and dining room area was busy and had a lively ambiance, but nothing as fisted as the drive thru as many cases are. A bit of a wait, but nothing horrible like late night after a sports ball game at the school nearby. Food came out hot and all of our order was correct even with the complex set up from the different arrangements from 6 different people who had to be fed. Even with driving it back to our office, food stayed warm and didn't get overly oily or soggy. Quality and taste up to par with every In-N-Out. Good stuff. read more

Always a huge fan of innout! I will admit the one in Whittier by EOS is extra packed especially on the weekends but the service is still pretty fast! Great food as usual. $19. For two double doubles cheese burgers and large strawberry shake. I had the burgers done medium. Personally I like medium rare, but they won't do that. I didn't feel like fries because I was not that hungry. There milkshakes are real milkshakes. They see all the signs of shakes, but they are made with milk. I have marked enough businesses as duplicate but they never take action. Why should I do that anymore? This is one of the newest location. It's bigger and it has two windows in the drive-thru. The first one is to pay for your food or make adjustments after you already ordered. The second window is picking up your food. It is located in this new shopping center where Roseo 72 is located. Stater Bros and quite a few other restaurants too. If you have been to one location, food and service are at the highest quality. Ordering it like how I like it, they will make it that way. There's in no other burger joint that has the same standards than In & Out, they're above all others. The staff is trained to truly service the client at a high level and this location exemplifies just that. The restaurant is clean with beautiful landscaping, spacious parking, and convenient drive thru. The burgers are delicious, fresh, and I love how any burger can be customized to your liking. The fries and shakes are favorable, my favorite are animal style fries. You cannot go wrong eating here, especially if you're out late. They're open till 1:30!! The slowest in n out in California. was in the drive through with 3 other cars in front. THATS ALL. not long after they opened & they took 23 minutes to get us served & out of the line. We told them to give us a box for the car & they gave us a bag. I get faster service at any other location, with over 12 cars in drive thru. Actually unacceptable for a drive through. read more

I love this location. The drive through line is longer than some of the other local locations, so your vehicle is never sticking out into the street. The staff at this location are always on top of everything and quick! Despite their best efforts, it still takes forever to get the food. But at least it's one of those meals that is worth waiting for! read more

Glad we finally have an In N Out in our area. The location is easy to find and it's convenient. I have not encountered huge traffic issues due to their line of cars in the drive through. They keep the cars moving. The location is in a busy shopping center next to other fast food drive throughs. If you're not careful you may line up at a different restaurants drive through and get chicken instead of burgers. The food at In N Out is always consistent. Great fresh food. Their Burgers are my favorite as are their French fries. The service is always friendly. No surprises at this location. Same experience as other In N Outs. read more
