    Drive thru at 1pm

A week after opening, we bravely entered the drive through at 12:55pm on a weekday. Traffic directors kept the line moving By 1:25 we were exiting the line with our meals for 5. This time I got the mustard grilled burger. That will definitely be my new standard. It's exactly what you expect from In N Out. If you're not familiar, look up the secret menu before you go. In my party of 5, everything came out exactly as desired. Traffic was well managed. I call this a success!

There are like 100 employees here. They get the job done. The food comes out quicker than other PNW locations. Busy but manageable line at dinner time. Good food per usual!

Grand opening day! It really is quality you can taste. I always stick with their double double cheeseburger with onions and a side of fries; this combo can never go wrong.

Happy to have enjoyed a very delicious double-double and fries at In-N-Out on grand opening day here in Vancouver, WA! Being from SoCal, I've been waiting many years to have my favorite burger chain come north to my city and the familiar iconic burger was worth the hour wait!

I want to give a shout out to the second window guy who is really nice and respectful. He made it feel like a movie scene of just perfect customer service. He definitely deserves a raise. I think his name was Guillermo, but I wasn't wearing my glasses so don't quote me on it. To be honest all of the stuff here are really nice.

It is a rat maze to get into even the beginning of the drive-through. There are about at-least eight turns through parking lots and there are a half dozen people standing and directing to the next twist! The person at the third to last twist, seemed to be resting as he was directing traffic to go into one of two lanes. I started going into the lane where everyone else is going, and then I realized that he was pointing the both lanes so I backed up and followed on the lane where no one else was going. You would've thought you would've wanted to ask where I wanted to go, but no he did not at that point. I am being told that I didn't stay in line and that I would have to go inside or not at all. This is not a good experience. If it's that much of a maze to get in... then you need to have people that aren't sleeping on their job! There's a mile to go just in the maze, (just to get to where you order), and there are plenty of people waiting. I'd wait before trying them again. On the saving grace, the gal that took my order she was very professional, and thoughtful. I had a burnt hamburger bun a very dry hamburger with fries that were lukewarm and the Coke needs to be changed out as it doesn't have a lot of syrup! Wasn't worth the confusion!

Decided to go in on the second day and see what the lunch crowd was up to. I much prefer to dine-in and I arrived at 11:40. I was done eating and out the door in 30 minutes. I didn't have any trouble parking as there were people coming and going constantly. I opted for a double single, no tomato, add pickle, whole grilled onion and extra toasted bun. It was exactly like I expected it and have had it at other locations. I normally don't opt for fries and a Coke, but wanted to have a full meal this time for the experience so I went all in. The staff was amazing, greeted me coming in, and even asked me what my number was so they could bring my food to the table. Super cool people working there. The great thing is the value though. For 12 bucks, I was more than satisfied. It's not uncommon to spend well over 20 dollars for the same thing at other burger joints. Other establishments in the area will have a hard time matching or beating that and I imagine you'll see a decline in burger business around the area for some time as a result. Will be interesting to see how this plays out in the next year or so. Since it's not right next to the freeway, perhaps it won't be as crowded as Ridgfield or Kaiser. I was a little apprehensive when I heard it was going in at this location despite being close to my home, but after what I experienced today, not too worried about congestion. I guess they did their homework. Lastly, gotta mention the ice cubes. They are always the best! I hope patrons continue to use the drive thru...because it means there is more room in the shop for us dine-in folks. Besides, it's beautiful inside!

5/5 Stars - Mind-Blowing Burger Adventure at Killer Burger Vancouver!…read moreWow, where do I even start? We tried the legendary Original Peanut Butter Pickle Bacon Burger and it completely changed how I think about burgers. No exaggeration--this thing is a game-changer. Forget ketchup or mustard; peanut butter is the secret weapon here (unless you've got a peanut allergy--then steer clear!). The build is perfection: a solid bun hugging a juicy, seasoned beef patty topped with melty cheese, then slathered in that gooey, crunchy peanut butter that somehow works magic with the crispy bacon, tangy pickles, and a hit of mayo. The flavors collide in the best way--sweet, salty, savory, crunchy, and creamy all at once. It's weird on paper, but trust me, it just works. Every bite was addictive, and I didn't miss traditional condiments one bit. The fries were on point too--crispy, well-seasoned, and the perfect sidekick to that epic burger. Service was quick and friendly, and the spot has a cool, casual vibe. If you're in Vancouver and want a burger that stands out from the crowd, do yourself a favor and get the peanut butter one. You won't regret it. 10/10 would devour again! Highly recommend--Killer Burger just earned a regular spot in our rotation.

They have a unique menu in the Lounge, and the wings are superior! And the sauce is amazing. I also love how the drinks (Tiki) are listed with a "moon," to show you how strong they are, super helpful when deciding. Cause if you like it strong, you know what to get or if want a lighter drink, as Tiki can be intense, you don't end up sabotaging yourself. Haha. I wish there was a half star option, as the only real ding here was that they don't seat in the lounge without your whole party (and yes, I get that there's a time limit, so I suppose that they are trying to make sure everyone has time), but, there's nowhere to wait, so was left standing by the door for some time. Offer to seat me in the bar or something, was very awkward to just keeping shuffling around when people are coming in and out.

I asked the woman who answered the phone if they use cinnamon to catch their drinks on fire. She said "we have a drink on our menu with a cinnamon stick in it." I tried to clarify the question, & was immediately met with attitude followed by "yes there is cinnamon in the drink." I was frustrated, thanked her & hung up. No answers. My friend decided to try themselves stating that maybe they were misunderstanding the question. A different person answered, he explained that he was planning on coming in with someone with a cinnamon allergy & asked the question yet again. Further asking if it was only in the speakeasy or also the main restaurant. They responded stating "yeah, We have cinnamon in our building. I don't think we are the place for you" & continued to hangup. SO if anyone has any answers that would be great as we still haven't gotten any. We DID go in. I was hoping we would be able to see for ourselves & had been looking forward to checking it out. Sat in the main restaurant & received slow service in an empty restaurant from a server that was standoffish & made it seem as though we were a burden. Decided that we would go somewhere else instead. We each had one drink & left. I left 2 stars because i like the ambience & understand people have bad days. Although i also work in the service industry & know that i myself wouldn't try to make someone else feel like this.

Wife ordered the turkey with Italian dressing and cucumbers, but didnt get either . Lettuce, tomato, banana peppers did not taste fresh as well. I realize that whoever made the sandwiches might need additional trying as well, but maybe management needs to supervise the quality of the sandwiches they are making ? We both could only eat 1/4 of our sandwiches. From now on, will stick to those great sandwiches from Big Town Hero.

I've worked in the service industry. And I totally understand wanting to get off the clock as soon as you can. For that very reason, the tip I was going to leave was going to be more than generous and would have been equal to or greater than the cost of one pizza. I wanted to take care of the team members. Instead what I got was a lot of sass from an employee who was being paid to be there.Till a set time anyway. I asked one more time, "Can I please get a pizza?" And he hung up on me." No apology, saying we're already cleaning up, nothing like, that just pure disrespect. I do think I'll be calling the manager in the morning.
