Everything is on time and the staff are friendly, patient, helpful, when trying out glasses or ordering or paying etc. The office/store is very clean. There is a small chess or tic-tac-toe set I've never used. There is a free water cooler in the back. Once I tried to use contacts here and they were patient as I fumbled for twenty minutes or so (to this day I still use glasses). It's right next to the Libertyville Metra station, which is convenient if you live in Chicago. I usually set aside 60-90 minutes for the time I'll be at the office when getting a checkup.

Really nice people that take their time to get it right and listen to my concerns. My first experience was great but something was off with one of the lenses. They ordered a replacement and honestly after that I had the best vision I ever remember having. I just recently upgraded again and my experience was once again terrific. Not the cheapest, but in my opinion the best value.

I was able to get an appointment the following morning with Yvonne. Her customer service and assistance was phenomenal! On top of this the frames were wiped down with sanitized wipes before trying them on. With my mask on, I picked out the frame, with her assistance, handed in my Script from my doctor and glasses were ordered. She said 5-7 days and was right! It took only six days to get the call that they were in and ready. Pick up was also great. I highly recommend this location and Yvonne and feel that all of the negative comments mentioned here were clearly old and for anyone considering a simple way to purchase Prescription glasses, this place is wonderful!

I was on my way to WI from Indianapolis when my husband called to tell me I left my overnight bag at home. By that point, I was almost to Chicago (over 3 hours from home) and I had to be somewhere at a certain time for a paid weekend opportunity taking photos of murals in their town. My vision is terrible. And my contacts are supposed to be changed daily. I didn't even have my glasses. I left on a Friday and wouldn't be back until Sunday and usually after more than a day or wear, the contacts start to break down. I absolutely cannot see without them or my glasses and I was traveling alone. I happened by this spot while getting gas and popped in to see if by some chance they might have samples in my prescription and they did!!!
