My daughter's soccer team needed a banner for their upcoming season. I spent time looking around my immediate area but could not find anyone to do it quickly enough to have the banner for the start of the season. I submitted an online order on a Tuesday night and the proof was ready for me to review by 9am the next morning. They asked me to verify everything before the banner was printed. After I approved it, the banner was ready for pickup the following morning (it probably would have been done earlier if I had approved it earlier). When I picked it up, everyone in the shop was very friendly. The banner looks great! All the parents and players on my daughter's team are very happy with the way it turned out. Needed my daughters name embroidered on her nap sack for pre k. Found this shop on yelp and was happily surprised that it was close to my house. Service was great-he took time to look over different fonts and recommend screen printing instead of embroidery so as not to damage the other side of the fabric. They finished in less than an hour and charged me an extremely reasonable price. Buyer beware! Make sure you get your product before you pay. Pre-paid for decals to be done for a vehicle, graphics already existed and Eliam Trigueros and Elijah Bravo completed none of the work. They kept two proprietary decals and completed zero services. I asked for a refund and for two months they told me in writing that it was being processed. Never refunded the money. I had to open a claim with American Express and during the review process they lied constantly. Make sure you get everything in writing and hold these thieves to their word. I should have known they would be a problem because they undercut the brokers price. When used as subs and they are doing corporate work they just research the graphics and contact the company directly. Just to Reiterate, Buyer BEWARE!!! If you have any questions feel free to contact me, I have every communication between these two and my company. Including the fraud they committed against American Express. On a side note, many of the other reviews are fakes, mostly from people with zero connections and no yelp friends, One review. I originally called to ask if i could drop off 12 hats on wednesday and if they would be ready by friday, which then they proceeded to confidently say that the 12 hats and the 12 pennants would be ready on friday at 12pm. So i then dropped off the hats on wednesday at 12pm. mind you they preached "same day service" on their website. At order I did pay for the pennants which were $90 (reasonable). After I dropped off the hats i then wrote a email to them giving them the names of the players and numbers, also giving them the directions that i wanted the names and numbers on the side of the hats. Friday comes around i called to make sure they were going to be ready at 12, because my husband was going to pick them up, they answersed and said "i'll call you back" after minutes go bye they don't call me back so then i proceed to call again which is when they then told me they weren't going to be ready at 12 and they would be ready at 4. I then called at 3:30pm to make sure they were going to be ready at 4, which they then said they "should be" ready by 4, they then asked what color stitch i wanted and i said yellow and i also asked to confirm that they were going to be on the side and she said yes. Jackie then called back and said they had already prepped the stitch on the back and that it's too late to switch if i wanted the hats to be done on time. So of course i said it's fine since I needed them. My sister goes and picks up the hats which we're not ready. She then proceeds to wait another 30-45 mins untill finally they were ready. She then was going to pay which they were still wanting me to pay full price which i did not think it was reasonable considering the circumstances. I got on the phone with my sister who then put me on speaker to speak to Jackie who after not even letting me finish what i was going to say walked away and didn't even acknowledge that my sister was standing there. Im all about supporting small businesses but the service was terrible and they clearly put way too much on their plate. read more

I have ordered a couple times from Impressions. Had an order of 20+ shirts I placed within the last year, almost all the logos came off in the wash (First wash). To his credit he said that I can bring all the bad ones back. I had already handed them out to installers that live in Riverside. He says he'll give me a credit of 5 shirts. Go to place next order- First week of September. Two weeks for extremely basic design. From there, there is zero followup to any design or questions through email, you have to go in person for anything, (On his random hours) with anything you want to see done, this drags everything out considerably. You ask for a size or font change, there is no response. He told me several times "I emailed you before I left on Friday, you didn't get it?" Sure. Finally finalized order, I admit I was picky, because the last two orders were total failures. In all I think I asked for 3 changes total, literally less than 10 minutes in person. I paid for the order Oct 9th, and approved final design in person the 12th. I was told "We will have your shirts the middle of next week by Thursday." On Wednesday I got an email "We are unable to complete your order this week, we will have your shirts next week' On Tuesday of that week I emailed "What day can I pick up my shirts?" I received "We have a lot of blank shirts, what kind did you order?" On Thursday I called him I get- "Im hoping to do your shirts tomorrow or over the weekend" As of not hearing anything by Saturday I emailed that Im disputing the charges in the next two days. He emailed back that 'hes very busy, this will end our business relationship' I wouldn't go back here if the shirts were free. I took a very simple design in the first week of September, approved design Oct 12th, I got my product Nov 4th. If you go to Impressions, pack a lunch. read more

If I could give this business more than 5 stars I would!! They are terrific. Excellent customer service! I am a team manager for OJSC and I needed a rush order in time for our Ice Cream Cup. They were able to print the players names overnight for only $5!!! And I didn't have to pay an extra $15 rush order fee like the other places around here. Also they made our teams banner on the same day I ordered it. Oh one more thing, they close at 5pm but I couldn't make it until 5:30pm and they waited for me. Who does that? After I wore my two shirts that Impressions did for me, I realized I had forgotten to have them put one tiny little line over the O on the backs of my shirts. I called them and asked if I could bring them back in for that little fix. They were really accommodating to MY ERROR. I dropped off the shirts and they were able to do it within a day or so.
