From the moment you arrive, you realize this dealership is extraordinary. They aren't just focused on making a quick sale--they are genuinely committed to building relationships. Daniel greeted us right away and brought us two bottles of water, then escorted me to the vehicle with my name literally written on a large tag displayed in front of the store. That level of thoughtfulness immediately stood out. Daniel walked me through the exterior features and we began the test drive, during which I was able to test multiple functions and features at my own pace. After returning, he gave me a tour of the dealership and shared the many President's Awards they've earned over the years--clearly well deserved. When it came time to talk numbers, they offered me a great deal. I wasn't quite ready to commit, but then Joey, the manager, came over and asked if I wanted to drive the car home. I was already seriously considering purchasing it, but that simple act of trust and kindness sealed the deal. I'm almost 50 and a school teacher. The car is safe, but the respect I was shown in that moment was priceless. This dealership truly wants customers to feel confident and satisfied with their purchase, and they work hard to build lasting relationships. I can absolutely see why they win awards year after year. They have my vote as one of the very best Ford dealerships out there.

I am a repeat customer of Richmond Ford West and Richmond Ford , a 20 plus years customer and this is what I get . I bought my 2023 Bronco at a different Ford Dealer because of this kind of service . I've purchased my last car here and my cars will all be switched to Parrish Ford in Goochland instead .

I searched for the closest shop and found Virginia Automotive Service--and I'm so grateful I did. AAA towed my car there, and when I called, they were upfront that they weren't sure if they could fit me in. Despite that, they made it happen and took care of my car the same day. That alone meant the world to me. I was a little embarrassed because my car was a mess--I had breakfast, snacks, and things scattered everywhere--but not once did they make me feel uncomfortable about it. They were kind, professional, and completely understanding. What really stood out was their communication. They kept me updated throughout the entire day, explaining everything they found and even sending pictures so I could clearly see what was going on. That level of transparency and care is rare. I was pleasantly surprised and I have to say my favorite part was the email we got with every service they believed would be required with pictures evidence etc. Pictures of the tire that need an alignment. Air filter, normal maintenance that was coming up. The rear windshield wiper need to be replaced because my future wife has stickers on the back window. All in all I liked the transparency. Although. I wish they would have told me there costs of the different services. I made an appointment on line ...Loved that. Inspection and oil change. Price of the oil change and the type of oil was never asked. All I was asked was for the key and where is was parked. I did find a coupon on there web site. 60 bucks full synthetic oil change,filter and some get ready for summer stuff. Ac , battery etc. All in all I was happy with the service, and I felt like they offered everything that I had know may pop up. Like most shops. You have to pay to play. "Headlight cleaning for 300 bucks for a pass etc. I don't think they are the cheapest place around but I feel like they did a good job. Thanks again.

It was jarring and strikingly unprofessional…read more Redirections such as "I think we got off on the wrong foot" and "I am not making any statements on your character, I am making an 'i' statement" were repeatedly unsuccessful. Again this is someone whose shirt i complimented, with whom both of us had been cordial, but could not be talked into a calm state. All of this because i leveled with him and expressed nebulously aimed frustration over a job that didn't last for the drive home, as the explanation for why i was asking for a redo. I asked him, "i mean objectively, you can understand why I would expect it to last till i reached home two miles away?". His rumination on the phrase "i felt ripped off" in response to the crashwrap beginning to peel off 0.5 miles from the facility was self-driven. That being said, why even recommend this as a temporary fix if I can't drive home with it? I would've liked it done right the first time and that's fair to express. We don't have to agree or see eye to eye and it's his right to feel I'm overly difficult. It was suggested that I should've cleaned my car first, not that they should've wiped it down the first time before applying wrap. (The car wasn't in the shop to have any crashwrap applied, so why would I have wiped it?) Ultimately I paid $104 to get an issue diagnosed and temporary tape put on the sunroof. I'm frustrated that I'm out $100 and the issue is not any closer to being fixed. The technician himself was amiable and communicative and the owner is also a pleasant man to work with. That being said this experience has burnt this spot for me. Having a disagreeable person work for you isn't a dealbreaker but maybe don't place him front of house.

Not only was there a vibration coming from the rear of my car, but when I let go of the steering wheel, my car drifted to the left. I called on the next Saturday and was told to come in and they'd do an inspection on my car. When I dropped it off in the afternoon, I was told it would take about 2 hours. I went for a walk and came back to wait for my car. The supervisor came in with his wife and two young children, who were running around, throwing trash all over the floor, playing with super loud tablets and were shrieking at each other. Also, after 2 hours, my car was still sitting in the parking lot untouched. I understand that it takes time on a busy Saturday and I'm ok with that, but I did not sign up to sit in a daycare while waiting for my car. Let's hope they get the issues with my car fixed.
