A woman approached me from behind the counter with an extremely off putting attitude before I spoke a single word asking what I needed. As I am explaining what I was looking to get done and pulled out my phone to show her a picture reference, the woman snatched the phone out of my hand before I was even done with my sentence and goes to a back room with my personal cell phone. After consulting with someone for about 2 minutes she comes back out to me and says there's nothing we can do. With no explanation as to why they could not engrave the piece I asked the woman for an explanation. Her response was they do not have the capability to do a flower stencil. Then added she did not know what material the piece I wanted engraved was (that was clearly metal).. I asked if they had any alternative options, which I was aware they did as I had been to the local before and had a piece done and added to a box. She asked me where my friend was planning to put the piece, I said anywhere she decides, to which she replied we can't do anything because if she puts the piece outside it would ruin, as if I couldn't just explain to my friend she can't put it outside. Additionally to that she never even asked if I wanted the flower she stated they couldn't do based off the reference picture or if I would be okay with just the script and dates. She also never asked what material the piece was like I couldn't just look that up to verify it was metal from the website I purchased it from. This woman clearly did not was to service me for whatever reason that may have been... from the start and did not hide it. My previous experience there was with a younger gentleman who was great, but based off this experience I will never return! Knowing this I politely told the woman to have a great day anyway and left. I immediately looked up other engraving services and found Engrave Your Gift in New Britain, CT. The gentleman serviced me right away and the piece came out absolutely perfect! With flowers and all.. I would recommend them over Discount Trophy a thousand times over. My friend absolutely loved her gift and was extremely emotional because of the meaning and how beautiful it turned out.

My company ordered shirts in July it is now October 24th and still haven't gotten the shirts. Every…read moretime I call OR DRIVE OUT OF MY WAY to get them, I am told they are "almost done" or "one more thing till they are ready" "I promise Monday they will be done" AND THEY ARE NEVER DONE! He won't refund us and is clearly not worried about making us the shirts. He told us in early July when I placed the order, they would be done 1st or 2nd week of August. This man scammed us, and I will never do business there again and I will go out of my way to tell EVERYONE I know not to order ANY custom items from him. What a disorganized mess of a shop. I am trying to get the charges reversed on the charge card. This was a large order for a CHARITY EVENT my company participates in. DO NOT TRUST HOME TEAM SUPPLY.
