Out of at least 6 orders since I started purchasing from them several months ago, most of which being numerous parts, NDZ has been nothing but consistent and has actually gone the extra mile to ensure that they are doing right by their customers. Email responses are faster than any manufacturer I've dealt with prior, and out of more parts than I can count and numerous orders, NDZ has been nothing short of perfect. Below you will see a packing slip that is written on by hand by an American who took the time to check every single order for accuracy and completion. Not to mention they accomplish that every time within 1-2 business days at the most, often same day. Their inventory has always been correct and even had multiple options, and the quality of their parts has not failed through thousands of rounds through different builds. Every one of my orders shipped within 2 business days and was validated by an American in Connecticut. I cannot speak to whomever has had a negative experience, however I have had too many positive ones to not speak out to how they have conducted their business with me.
