I am a student at Stonehill College and this semester I was in a class called Operations…read moreManagement. Our semester long project was designing t-shirts and selling them, we also decided to make hats. After doing some research my team and I decided on emulsion and we were blown out of the park with the job they did! Dave was so helpful and responsive. he made sure to work with me on getting the design just right and out to me in a timely manner. He was always listening to my suggestions helped me make sure the design looked perfect. After receiving my shirts the quality and design looked better than I thought. When my team decided to add another product (hats with our logo embroidered) I sent an email to Dave and we had a proof within the day and they were ordered in the next few. Despite recent delays they arrived quickly and we were ready to sell. I am so happy with the experience with Emulsion and if you ever have an opportunity where you need to screen print you should choose them. They are super helpful, caring, and nice and put just as much hard work and effort into the product as you do. Thank you so much to Emulsion and especially Dave! You were so caring and helpful that I told my professor he should suggest you to everyone who has to take the course. If I ever need anything in the future I know who I am gonna use!

I stopped in today hoping to order just four custom screen-printed T-shirts for Father's Day. The employee behind the counter barely looked up from her phone (or whatever she was doing) before dismissively telling me there was a 12-shirt minimum and a 2-3 week turnaround time. There was no attempt to be helpful, no effort to discuss alternatives, and certainly no appreciation for someone who walked through the door looking to spend money. What makes this even more disappointing is that I have been a customer in the past and have spent thousands of dollars with this business. Unfortunately, based on today's interaction, that clearly means nothing. I didn't even bother explaining my history with the company. I simply turned around and left. If I wanted an impersonal, dismissive experience, I could have ordered online and saved myself the trip. Customer service is supposed to be what separates a local business from a website. Sadly, that wasn't the case here. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this business. There are plenty of other companies that will treat customers with courtesy and respect. If you're looking for custom apparel, I'd suggest finding virtually anyone else. Even an online ordering experience would have been more welcoming than what I received today.

A woman approached me from behind the counter with an extremely off putting attitude before I spoke a single word asking what I needed. As I am explaining what I was looking to get done and pulled out my phone to show her a picture reference, the woman snatched the phone out of my hand before I was even done with my sentence and goes to a back room with my personal cell phone. After consulting with someone for about 2 minutes she comes back out to me and says there's nothing we can do. With no explanation as to why they could not engrave the piece I asked the woman for an explanation. Her response was they do not have the capability to do a flower stencil. Then added she did not know what material the piece I wanted engraved was (that was clearly metal).. I asked if they had any alternative options, which I was aware they did as I had been to the local before and had a piece done and added to a box. She asked me where my friend was planning to put the piece, I said anywhere she decides, to which she replied we can't do anything because if she puts the piece outside it would ruin, as if I couldn't just explain to my friend she can't put it outside. Additionally to that she never even asked if I wanted the flower she stated they couldn't do based off the reference picture or if I would be okay with just the script and dates. She also never asked what material the piece was like I couldn't just look that up to verify it was metal from the website I purchased it from. This woman clearly did not was to service me for whatever reason that may have been... from the start and did not hide it. My previous experience there was with a younger gentleman who was great, but based off this experience I will never return! Knowing this I politely told the woman to have a great day anyway and left. I immediately looked up other engraving services and found Engrave Your Gift in New Britain, CT. The gentleman serviced me right away and the piece came out absolutely perfect! With flowers and all.. I would recommend them over Discount Trophy a thousand times over. My friend absolutely loved her gift and was extremely emotional because of the meaning and how beautiful it turned out.
