I found the kale Caesar had a bit too much sauce, it tasted extra cheesy to me, so I think this Caesar sauce which is homemade has quite a bit of cheese in it for those of you who may not be big cheese fans. What would have made this five stars is if it had less sauce, so next time I might ask for the dressing on the side so I can control putting it on myself. I appreciate that they text you when your order is ready so you can walk around, I was able to go back to my table and sit with the family until my order was ready. A fast glance may trick one into thinking that the store is part of the Circle K gas station itself - it is not, so don't worry about getting any gas station "specials." As you walk into Interbay Meat Market, you will find yourself immersed in truly a large-sized bodega with open-faced fridges, packed with drinks, lined against the outer walls. In between everything else are your groceries and other common pantry items. Almost at the center is a cantina/canteen, where you can pick out your own lunch from an assortment of available freshly cooked foods. The food you find here would be comparable to Caribbean twist or any other Latin-cafeteria style eatery. The servings are generous for a decent price. If you're coming here for lunch, there are outdoor picnic tables so you don't have to bring the heaping trays back into work if you don't want to. Next to the cantina is the fresh meats section. The cuts of meat here all look great and freshly stocked. They are neatly stacked and organized giving it overall appeal. I came here for steak and was happy with the various cuts they offered (porterhouse, NY strip, ribeye, Delmonico being the commonly recognized ones). Paulie educated me a bit on the sandwich; if I wanted it juicy (with the sauce already on it) or on the side to dip into (yes, please, I'm a dipper), and how spicy I wanted it (more peppers, less peppers). After a nice chat with Paulie about politics, I headed home and dug in. The Chicago hot dog was perfect, although I had to remove the hot peppers. The sandwich was outstanding; the beef so tender, the peppers and onions adding depth, and the roll was so soft-I could only eat half, but the other half heated up nicely for dinner.
