I had a family member who needed to rent a mobility scooter for a big event that we were going to…read more I gave these guys a call and figured out how to pick up the scooter take it all apart in five easy to assemble pieces and put it in my truck. They were super nice when I got there and had lots of options. Upon my return with the scooter, they helped me put it back together from the truck and bring it in to the store for an easy drop off. The process to rent a scooter was relatively easy, the only thing that was a little bit more difficult was that I had to get a release waiver signed by the person that was going to be using the scooter since they were not going to be there when I picked it up. That just required a little bit more organizing. The scooter itself was amazing, moved quickly enough to keep up with the pack and was easy to drive. I always go to CVS for my vaccines. I went today and got a Covid and flu vaccine. I am a little vision impaired and when I went to pay, I couldn't find the spot to slide my card for payment a gentleman named Joe was very impatient with me. He finally took the card from me and said with sarcasm and distain.," it's not that hard". His look and sarcasm was very offensive. I looked at him like what's your problem and was wearing a Yankee hat and then he said go Boston, which is fine. He can be a fan of the wrong team, but to be rude to a customer that just spent a lot of money and has been a loyal CVS cares customer for years was unacceptable. I'm sure he deals with lots of older customers that may or may not have vision issues but to treat me like that was just unbelievable. I worked in customer service my whole career and would not allow anyone that worked with or for me to treat a guest that way I will now take all of my business to Costco pharmacy, including all my expensive vaccines and drugs
