I was reluctant after reading a negative review posted back in 2013 however I decided to call and inquire with the owner of the company. I was told about all the positive reviews highlighted below under 'other reviews that are not currently recommended'. He was very cooperative and provided us with 3 references of work the had been recently completed. After careful consideration I decided to hire Impact. Everything positive and more is to be said about the company. The owner (Manny) is great to deal with and seems to know a fair bit about the industry. In fact his company is now expanded into doing concrete upgrades as he may be doing work for one of our neighbours by repairing their driveway and pool deck. We also run a family business of 27 years in the service industry (busy one indeed) and it is a difficult task to satisfy each and every customer 100%. As we have done our best to always follow through on our commitments we and 'make it right' we suggested this to the owner and believe me, based on what was explained he goes above and beyond. Great family guy with a get it done attitude! Very nice to see in a young entrepreneur. I was very satisfied with the work that was done on my property and will hire them every year to do the same. Hi You urged customers to comment on the work done by IMPACT. I checked up on the customer remarks made by a Mr Henning in North Vancouver. My experience totally contradicted the experience of Mr Henning. I also recommended Impact to 5 other people and they were more than satisfied with the quality of the work done and the cost plus after sales service. I wrote a review and advised my friends of my actions. They have checked to see what I wrote but my comments are not being shown but Hennings are. This is a totally wrong reporting of our opinion. WHY? True reporting means you report the truth , not just one persons version of the truth. I am going to asked the five friends to write a review and submit it and I intend to advise the local press and radio stations of the unprofessional way you are conducting your business. I had heard great things about the service and performance of Impact Power Washing from some of my neighbours, so when I decided to try then out, my expectations were quite high. Impact Power Washing was finsihing up our neighbours house and it looked so clean and impressive. I spoke to my neighbour and he highly recommended using them too. Manny was able to come over afterwards and gave us a very fair and reasonable quote and we had booked an appointment. We were very impressed with the professionalism, efficiency and service. I find it very bad that Yelp has only published negative feedback (Yelp "recommended reviews") about this company and has published the positive reviews (Yelp "not recommended") on page 2, which the reader has to hunt for. This is damaging to the reputation of the company and doesn't give consumers all of the feedback. Why do this? Impact just cleaned up our home. They arrived right on time and set up everything while making sure pressure wash hoses stayed well back from our flower gardens. They even did more than we asked them to do. We never felt pressure. In fact, when we asked what other services they could do beyond our contracted work, their answer told me volumes. They used safety helmet, very professional, followed all the safety rules. I got a groupon deal and ended up getting my whole house pressure washed after a couple other people on my street had them come. They did a great job, I don't have any complaints really aside from them taking a little longer than I expected, but the results were great, so can't complain. A couple other neighbours have actually bought the same deal and are going to get their house done now too. I have a 3 story house with glass awnings that needs to be sparkling clean & in my opinion; this is a more complicated job that your typical pressure washing jobs.
