My reason for the lower review is the service- I asked about how a protein item was cooked and the person taking my order was generally confused- I asked to ensure it wasn't fried, and he turned and said "I don't think so-" now at a premium price for a protein add I would hope you can tell me how it's cooked. this is one of the only home made "fast food" type places that i've ever seen tbh it is quite unique. it also has so many gluten free options and you can even get soup in a cup to go. i heard they have a bone broth subscription too so you can go in and get a cup every day for about $40 or something which seems worth it BUT one of the broths i thought was absolutely disgusting and i liked the other. i only haven't gone back since i don't know which is the broth i hated. read more

I ordered a jerk power bowl to go and at the last moment, I saw one of the workers add the chicken breast onto my bowl with his bare hands, and then proceed to touch his face and use his phone while chatting with another worker.
