I recently ordered 3 pizzas of different types at the Union, Missouri location. I have always loved imo's pizza, but have not ordered pizza there in over 1 year. These pizzas were not the worst i have ever eaten, but they were less tasty than a simple Jacks pizza from the grocery. I believe that they have started using very inferior ingredients to beat the cost of doing business. Needless to say, I won't revisit this location, and will question every other location as well since this may be a shared problem. read more

Get this every time I go home to Missouri. It's a bit overpriced, but the pizza is a solid bet each time.

Imo's isn't cheap. And it's very disappointing to spend $100 on dinner for my family (with left overs of course) and none of it to even be good. The chicken caesar salad was a joke. The lettuce was 1/3 the parts you throw away. The chicken was really just the breading over fried, very very little actual chicken. Pictures is literally all the "chicken" from the salad. The chicken tenders we ordered were over cooked. The fries and toasted ravioli were ok as they always are. Bread on the cinnamon dessert stuff was stale. One of the two pizzas we ordered was slightly undercooked. Just what a huge waste of money. read more

I called in an order for a medium 2 topping pizza. It was advertised on the menu as a $11.99 special. Because I didn't specifically demand the price of $11.99 on the call to Dave, I was charged double thus price which he claims is the *regular* price. It seems this business is run unethically. Buyer beware... you can't assume that this business is going to be honest or upfront when you place an order. Now that I'm eating Union IMO's regular, double priced product, it doesn't leave a very good taste in my mouth. I won't be back. read more

First time to IMO's and impressed. Great Bud Light, All meat 16 inch pie with toasted ravioli (hockey pucks)!!!

It's Imo's - a little pricey for what's it is, but stick with the pizza and you won't be disappointed. Venture into salad and sandwich territory, and quality takes a dive. In my experience, this is true of all Imo's locations. read more

Always enjoy Imo's when we come home to visit! Great Pizza and good selection of beer on draft

I'm a regular. This place always has excellent food and service. Every time. If you are from out of town or have otherwise never had St. Louis style pizza you're probably not going to like it. Not many out of towners do. But this is one of the better locations. Consistently clean. Consistently fresh and flavorful. read more

Union, MO is my halfway point for a drive I take pretty regularly. It was about 2pm on Tuesday afternoon and I was ravenous. I didn't want to wait another 40 minutes to eat so I stopped at the Union Imo's. I ordered a lunch special, 10" pepperoni pizza and soda for $7.95. It was hot and delicious. You can't beat that deal! read more

Despite the bad reviews we decided to try anyways. Mistake. The cheese on the pizza was just not to our liking. I'm pretty sure this is the first time we've ever not liked a pizza. Atmosphere and service were fine. read more

I realize it's Valentine's Day but when a person is placed on hold once waits three minutes then placed on hold again with no chance to talk... three minutes and is placed on hold again... three minutes and is placed on hold again and after 12 minutes somebody finally answers... there's something wrong with this place. Again I understand it's Valentine's Day but any good business would have extra help there and not have ridiculous wait times for placing an order. read more

This is a St. Louis style pizza (says so on the box). While traveling through from Chicago we stopped and ate at IMOs at this location and enjoyed it. The pizza was crunchy and greasy but it wasn't bad.. It was tasty and definetely different. Not as good as Chiacgo pizza, but would eat again. read more

Overpriced pizza. This particular store is dirty and has the typical dirty looking stoners working there. Pizza had way to much sauce and hardly any topping. Needs a new manager if they want to thrive. read more

The worst pizza experience I've had. I don't understand how this place has so many restaurants. The most overpriced food for the lowest quality I've had. Same with the cheesy bread and toasted ravioli, a joke. read more

Pizza was very crunchy and dry. Cheese and meat were greasy. No better than a pizza at chuck e cheese. The salad had at least 3 pieces if dark, wilted lettuce. Not impressed. Will not order again from this location. I've eaten at other IMO's locations and the food was great! read more

Trouble pizza at this store. Also looks like the place is not kept very clean.

I would rather have NO STARS!! This is the worst pizza I have had. Very disappointed as I use to love IMOS! The crust honestly was like cardboard. TOO EXPENSIVE to have to have this poor quality! I don't think I will order from this location again. read more
