One of the better IMO locations on the IL side. Great pizza, generous on toppings and great deals, especially on wednesdays when it's buy one get one free!! The best deal ever at imos! The staff here was super friendly! They offer curbside which is a plus since I have a little one. Downside to this location is that it's an old building. They prebuilt their boxes and it smells horrible. Like an old building. I couldn't stand the smell of the old building box smell. But luckily the pizza did not taste like it. Definitely will order from this location again but will have the pizza transported in the back of the trunk. read more

Decent service but a bit slow. But my rating is really for the food only. Frankly way overpriced. $44 for two pizzas. I'd expect them to at least be on par with say, frozen store pizza. I read these people saying it's the best or so delicious. I have to wonder if these folks have ever eaten pizza elsewhere! My main complain is, it's over cooked, hard cheese caked on sides like that paper cheese you get on a McD burger that's been left out all day. Super greasy. Flavor is hard to place. Sort of like a stale version of those old frozen pizzas you'd get back in the day. Just blah. Oh, and it was room temp when we got it. I tried it once. Probably not going to again. Just a thoroughly lackluster pizza. Again though, I'm honestly concerned about the locals here in STL. If you think this is good pizza, please never travel to Chicago or New York. The best word to describe Imo's in O'fallon is INCONSISTENT!! Sometimes the pizza is fresh hot and delicious, but more often than not delivery times are over an hour, the quality is poor, and the food is prepared and packaged without care. It's disappointing to spend the extra money on Imo's and receive a cold slice of cardboard pizza. I could spend half on Dominos at least it would be hot. We are from southern Mo and our kids want Imo's whenever we are near Stl. We all agreed that this was the best Imo's we've had. Service was good and server was sociable with my kids which is something a lot of restaurants could learn from. Only negative is no bathroom which meant driving my daughter around to find one before our pizza came. Horrible! We decided to throw them a bone on account of Papa Johns being so schmarmy. First off, we waited almost an hour only to realize the driver forgot half our order. He offered to go get the rest but the store told us "oh your stuff is right here in the warmer we will send the next driver out sooner" - nope, original driver came back with the most sad and sorry smushed up roll of garlic cheese bread I've ever seen. I love St. Louis style pizza! I am always excited when we take road trips that go through the area so that I can get it! Coming from Nashville, the O'Fallon location is the first one we encounter so we usually stop here. It's never been the best but I gladly stop here just to get my fill of pizza! This last time was exceptionally bad. The guy at the register was hopefully new and will improve with time but he was incredibly slow taking orders. The salads came out quickly and were good. Then the pizzas started arriving, so far so good but we had ordered the provel bites as an appetizer. No sign of them. We asked what we were assuming was the manager and she apologized and handled it well but it seemed she was the only one in there that cared about her job. All the other employees seemed to be annoyed with making food and taking orders. Also, most of us weren't given cups to get drinks so we had to get up and ask for those. The food was okay but the whole time we were in there we felt uncomfortable with the glares that the employees were throwing!
