You can't go wrong with IMO's. First time at this location and the pizza was better than some of the others. It's in a small strip mall type area with some other stores. We ordered online ahead of time and selected cash, and then just paid when we arrived. We also got the toasted raviolis. Yum! read more

After all the hype I've heard about this pizza I couldn't wait to try it. The staff was ver friendly. The pizza lacked anything to make it stand out. I guess when you hear so many people rant and rave about St Louis style pizza, I guess I set my expectations too high. read more

Imo's Pizza - 10 inch deluxe pizza - Pizza Near Me - O Fallon, Illinois

One of the better IMO locations on the IL side. Great pizza, generous on toppings and great deals, especially on wednesdays when it's buy one get one free!! The best deal ever at imos! The staff here was super friendly! They offer curbside which is a plus since I have a little one. Downside to this location is that it's an old building. They prebuilt their boxes and it smells horrible. Like an old building. I couldn't stand the smell of the old building box smell. But luckily the pizza did not taste like it. Definitely will order from this location again but will have the pizza transported in the back of the trunk. read more

Love this Pizza. It's an easily acquired taste if you're from the ST Louis area. The salad dressing is a go to favorite. We buy it for home. read more

TERRIBLE. I ordered hot wings from this location and requested it to be well done. Well the chicken was still clucking! They gave me 8 salmonella wings. Now i might have to call off of work tomorrow... read more

Decent service but a bit slow. But my rating is really for the food only. Frankly way overpriced. $44 for two pizzas. I'd expect them to at least be on par with say, frozen store pizza. I read these people saying it's the best or so delicious. I have to wonder if these folks have ever eaten pizza elsewhere! My main complain is, it's over cooked, hard cheese caked on sides like that paper cheese you get on a McD burger that's been left out all day. Super greasy. Flavor is hard to place. Sort of like a stale version of those old frozen pizzas you'd get back in the day. Just blah. Oh, and it was room temp when we got it. I tried it once. Probably not going to again. Just a thoroughly lackluster pizza. Again though, I'm honestly concerned about the locals here in STL. If you think this is good pizza, please never travel to Chicago or New York. You'll just get angry. read more

Imo's has been the gold standard for St. Louis style pizza since inventing it. This location is a pick-up and delivery location only. There's space for two tables but during the pandemic only one was available for waiting customers. Staff was friendly, helpful, and produced the order quickly. read more

I don't know what people expect from a pizza chain. Employees are super friendly. Pizza is different (im from out of the area) I like marinara so i dip the pizza in it like chips & salsa. Happy i stopped in based on the recommendation of a friend (local) read more

I order a pizza on 5/28/21 while staying at the laquinta hotel; I seen the staff ordering and it smelled so good that I wanted to try; I receive the pizza very quickly I ate the first bit then ate another 3 pieces when I went while chewing the third piece I felt something chew in my mouth I just pull the half chewed pizza out my mouth to only find a long hair that must have been cooked in the dough it was I'm now sick to my stomach; I called the location spoke to the manager his response was how much did you eat; then said we will need to pickup to exam the pizza wtf I said sure; he the said we will make you another I'm like no thanks please refund my money or give me a particle refund; charge me for the pizza I consume; manage was rude and said we need to exam first; I told them to keep the money and I will just Yelp this issue ppl do not eat here this place is unclean and poor leadership shows see pic for evidence for your investigation read more

I really like their Pizza and Ckn Wings with the hot sauce on them! Everything has always been delicious.

Worst customer service ever. Order pizza at 6:22 pm on 9/17/18 did not get my order till 8:06pm Had to call 2 more times to find out were it was and was only offered $8 off a $42 order. Never again!!!!!! read more

The best word to describe Imo's in O'fallon is INCONSISTENT!! Sometimes the pizza is fresh hot and delicious, but more often than not delivery times are over an hour, the quality is poor, and the food is prepared and packaged without care. It's disappointing to spend the extra money on Imo's and receive a cold slice of cardboard pizza. I could spend half on Dominos at least it would be hot. I doubt I'll have Imo's again anytime soon. read more

I used to love Imos and my family and I used to look forward to pizza night from there! A while ago they changed their boneless wings to a cheaper version and now their sauce to a cheap tomato sauce instead of a sweet red. I called and the owner to find he is a greedy and horrible person who does not care about his customers whatsoever!! I will not be buying from again and I do not suggest you do either! read more

On the way home I ordered wings and a deluxe pizza... I got home with them the regular wings were so dried out you couldn't eat them... The pizza was also dried out I called and was hung up on twice waiting for the manager.. By this time I am a little upset because my grand kids are here and we don't have food we can eat. The manager had a very condescending attitude... she did fix the problem however....I will not go there again..she could have rectified this problem with a good attitude and I would have been a frequent customer, because I believe if made right imos pizza is one of the best out there.. signed Lost customer read more

Imo's Pizza - Who wants burnt food? - Pizza Near Me - O Fallon, Illinois

Of all the imos i have ever been to, this one stands out as the poorest by a long shot. The employees are not polite in the store or on the phone. It seems that my order stopped there play time... The orders are slopped together with no attention to detail or presentation. My last 3 "hot sandwiches" were cold.... I pick up my orders from the fairview heights imos now. Its a little out of the way, but i dont feel ripped off when i am done. Ofallon imos charges premium prices for inferior food. The owner of this store should be appalled. read more

We are from southern Mo and our kids want Imo's whenever we are near Stl. We all agreed that this was the best Imo's we've had. Service was good and server was sociable with my kids which is something a lot of restaurants could learn from. Only negative is no bathroom which meant driving my daughter around to find one before our pizza came. I understand this is mostly a takeout place but if you have tables you should have a bathroom. read more

The food was decent not up to Imo's standards and of course high priced. I got two large 14" pizzas for $35.00,I could have went to Pizza Hut and had 7 pizzas for the same price. Maybe if I had the 16" xl I could see the price difference but I feel robbed one might say butt hurt they over charge and never have good deals. I would definitely skip the one in Ofallon not worth it , but then again neither is Pizza Hut in Ofallon read more

I've lived in several areas of this country thanks to the military and I have had many types of pizza. I also worked in a private own pizza for 3 years while in high school. I'm sorry to say that if this is an example of St. Louis style pizza I am very disappointed. I'm a fan of thin crust pizza but their pizza was like a cracker with a knife spread of sauce and over cooked whatever kind of cheese that was. My search for a really good locally owned pizza place continues because Imo's was terrible. read more

Horrible! We decided to throw them a bone on account of Papa Johns being so schmarmy. First off, we waited almost an hour only to realize the driver forgot half our order. He offered to go get the rest but the store told us "oh your stuff is right here in the warmer we will send the next driver out sooner" - nope, original driver came back with the most sad and sorry smushed up roll of garlic cheese bread I've ever seen. Oh and the three containers of ranch that we paid for but they forgot too. By that time we were done eating. Really sad. Should have just gone with Papa Johns again. Seriously do not order from these amateurs. I mean, usually a call to the manager will more than fix the problem - no help! I should call my credit card company and cancel the charges. So disappointed. Boo. Sad. Really sad. read more
