Customer Service 0/10. The lady was soo rude. I ordered on 2/15 in the evening. I'm not sure who that GM is but she needs customer service training ASAP. I was delivered the wrong wings. We went there this evening for their Pop Culture Trivia tonight. We had so much fun the week prior that we invited friends to join us this week. It is advertised on their sign and their website says they are open normal business hours. This afternoon they chose not to open stating associate training but no training was occurring, at least not at the restaurant as posted on their Facebook page. So frustrating as some of our friends drove over from St Louis to attend the event. If you are going to post and advertise an event then you need to follow through with those events. Usually a hit. BUT TODAY A HUGE MISS Ordered two sausage and pepperoni pizzas. Placed order and was shown to pick up time between 10 and 15 minutes. Arrived after that time promise and had to wait another 20 minutes. Now I look back I should have known something was wrong. The pizza was not straight out of the oven because the box was not warm. When I arrived to my destination I noticed I had two cheese pizza. I called the restaurant to let them know and they insist that this is what I ordered. This was my first time ordering pizza there, so after taking the piece of slice off of the box I thought they will maybe the meat is underneath the cheese. WRONG! this piece of just tastes like crust with sprinkle cheese, cheese bread! I called management and they had nothing to say about it. I drove 35 minutes to get this piece of the taste like nothing literally nothing. I don't like businesses that won't take responsibility for their mistakes I will not be returning. Check before paying. And fresh out of the oven pizza should not be lukewarm. read more

Do I realize inflation/recession is a real thing? Yes. Do I understand you pay more for it not being a chain? Absolutely. But $55 for ALL of this....fellas. Come on. Both pizza's were awesome. Generous toppings. Light crust but wasn't thin crust. Italian Special - Ricotta was great with a healthy healthy serving. If you get it order it well done, the tomatoes and ricotta add to much juice for the crust. Bake some of that water off. Meat lovers - very good as well. Covered in meat. Mainly bacon though. Short on the other expensive toppings. Pretty much a bacon pizza but still very good. Buffalo Chicken Ravs - Trash. Leave especially for $10. Store bought some where. More of a chicken paste then chunks. Burnt to a crisp and over done. The pizza is awesome but at $20 a pie a "shmedium" you've priced right out from ever coming back. Super weird ambiance. It feels like a movie set or something similarly temporary. Nothing on the tables (s +p, etc.) except a candle. Beer had a strange garlic taste? Grazing board was pretty funny. Some super thick salami, a couple tiny butterflies of soft cheese, plain walnuts, grape jam, 3 slices of plain cold French bread and some Ritz crackers with a few berries. It was kind of like a kid was in charge of appetizers. Pizzas were fine. Sauce lacked flavor but toppings were good and cheese was nicely browned. I have confusing feelings about this restaurant. Doing too much but doing just enough to not be bad. Except the grazing board- that was bad. Wish I could give 2.5 stars but will slide up because our server was friendly. read more

First time we have been to Marco's express since they moved to the Soulcial Kitchen location.... Ambiance is a bit weird as if they don't know to be fancy or not. Waitress came to take our order after we studied the menu 10 minutes and then said they are out of pizza dough, so no pizza or calzones. So try to order Italian chicken sandwich, nope they are out of that too. I got the meatball sub with macaroni and cheese as my side, which was swimming in oil. Sandwich was cold and cheese was semi-melted and the loaf of bread it was served on was hard. He got the baked spaghetti which was so-so and served with a tiny piece of garlic bead. There was a young male employee who dropped the F bomb at least five times in a matter of seconds, which did not add to my dining experience. Will not be back unfortunately. read more

VERY different (They are a bit more like Little Caesars) AND while this may be a sister restaurant to the Marco's in Belleville, I recently learned their owner and thus menu is different! Pizza is One of the best Thinnish Pizzas in the metro east, fresh ingredients and Hot n Fresh. Great Salads! There are many things I want to try on their menu , All sorts of Sandwiches etc including Italian Beef (hard to find!) They also have Wings I want to try! I ordered seafood cannelloni and the food was cold and the "sauce" was so thick I spooned it out with a FORK! Probably some of the most bland food I've ever tasted in my life, fettuccine with shrimp for $20 with four shrimp and zero flavor. I tasted more pasta than I did sauce and the shrimps tasted like they've sat in the fridge for a month. The toasted ravioli was practically empty and the sauce had zero flavor I tasted the Parmesan cheese more than the sauce or raviolis. The service was mediocre at best I was spoken to when my order was taken after waiting for 15-20 minutes, and wasn't spoken to again until our food was brought out once the food was brought out they didn't come back until it was time to take plates give bills and ask if we needed a box. This little place is full of flavor. You can only carry out, but everything is great. You MUST try the house salad. It is a bit wet, so if you don't like it soaked then get dressing on the side. I've driven past this place so many times, and always wondered about it. FINALLY stopped in and ordered the Taquilla Pesto Margrita pizza. The flavor was EXCELLENT, but the pizza was very greasy.
