Spent almost $130 here to fix the back of my iPhone just for the back to break easily a few days later (mind you I had a proof case on) then when I brought it back to get it fixed again they refused to fix it since I didn't have my receipt (mind you I had a "30 day warranty") and they supposedly can't look me up in the system without it. They also charged me extra for a mic and it doesn't even work properly. Amazing place! My iPhone was not holding a charge, even when plugged in, and he replaced my battery in about 30 minutes. It cost $70 with tax, which is cheaper than anywhere else as far as I could tell. He was friendly, professional, and efficient. It looked to be beyond repair but we figured we would try anyway. We google this place and spoke to the owner (I think) and he got us in and repaired the phone to almost new condition in less than a half hour he was professional, quick and I didn't feel like he was trying to upsell me or be unfair in any way and he repaired the phone for a very very reasonable price. The lady behind the counter was very nice and helpful also. I also checked the prices of their other merchandise and wish I would've bought my AirPods here as they were about $50 dollars cheaper than what I paid. If I can rate this company zero stars I would. When I left the store after I took my phone, the screen was thick and it had a different screen color like if it was all pail colors. I had asked the guy if my phone got wet will it be ruined, he said it would be completely fine that their screens where water proof. Like a week from that some water fell on the screen and it literally ruined the phone the water got inside and the apple logo started twitching. I also know someone that went to this company to fix the back of their phone and they got glue stuck in the charger hole and the entire back glass is pealing off. Worst lying company ever. Unreliable, unresponsive, they consistently change their prices to what THEY want to charge you instead of offering the same price so when you ask it can be 60$ more than the last time you asked and you waited to go to them for nothing. Called earlier this week to get a quote for an iPhone 11 screen repair. I was quoted $169 and was told it could be done in 15 minutes. It almost didn't seem believable considering other shops were charging $269 with 1 hour of service. I was met by the owner (I believe) and he stood by his quote and finished in 15 minutes. Even added a protective screen for $5. Very enthusiastic and professional service offered at a very reasonable price. If anything happens to my other Apple products I will definitely be returning.
