You must see JEN!!! All the treatments she's done have changed my skin!!! Jen is amazing and so is all of the staff!!! The spa is very clean, bright and peaceful! I get greeted right away and offered tea or water!!! Jen has done multiple treatments on me including organic facial, facial infusions, photo rejuvenation treatment and lastly the dermaroller. My results have been amazing especially from the dermaroller. I've suffered from acne for over 10 years and my skin hasn't looked this good since I was 13 years old. Over those years I was prescribed multiple different oral and topical acne medicines. The list includes minocycline, tetracycline, spironolactone and accutane. The topical acne medicines included differin, benzaclin, benzoyl peroxide, azelex, aczone, tazorac and retin-A. Anyone who's suffered from acne would be very familiar with this list. After all that I still had acne and clogged pores but now my skin was puffy, dehydrated and dull looking. I was overly self conscious of my skin at this point. The treatments that Jen has done have changed that now. I hardly break out now. The clogged pores on my nose and chin are nearly gone! My skin looks healthy and vibrant now! I did the facial infusion once a month for a year and then Jen recommended the photo rejuvenation. The facial infusion helped heal my skin and toughen it up! The photo rejuvenation helped with my permanent redness. I still wanted better results and that's when Jen recommended the dermaroller. As a regular customer of Bella Fiore for over two years, I have thoroughly enjoyed every treatment I have received and am always amazed by the knowledge of the staff, especially Kalyn, who I always try to book my appointments with. I first came to Bella because I was suffering from moderate to severe, persistent acne which was destroying my self confidence and could not be controlled with diet, vitamins and supplements alone. Within the first two to three treatments (naturopathic facials and eventually photorejuvenation) I noticed a remarkable reduction in the number of breakouts and acne-related scarring, as well as an improvement in the overall appearance of my skin. Being conscientious about what I put on my skin, I appreciate that they use only natural products, many of which I use at home on a daily basis. Right away I signed up for a monthly skin Skin Club Membership, which I highly recommend. Bella Fiore is my favorite spa is all of Seattle. The entire staff is awesome, but I'd like to give a special shout-out to a few of the ladies I see the most. First, Jennifer Crampton has magical hands. If you need a facial, look no further. She is the best. Seriously. She has extensive knowledge about a variety of skin conditions. For my wedding, she helped reduce the hyper-pigmentation on my cheeks through a series of photo rejuvenation treatments. When I was pregnant, she modified the bed so that I didn't put too much pressure on my back and then gave a very relaxing, moisturizing facial. Heavenly. I can't recommend her enough. Secondly, through a suggestion from Norma, the new receptionist who is lovely, I just started going to Rosie Lynch, a reflexology genius. I had my second appointment today and it was transcendent. I dozed almost the entire hour and I feel reinvigorated. What is interesting about reflexology is that it works the entire body, like a massage, but better. I wish I started going to Rosie sooner. Lastly, Alecz, who works the front desk is a delight. She is welcoming and very personable. I hear she is studying esthetics so she is one to keep an eye on. I know she'll do great things. read more

Always a good experience! Relaxing, encouraging, educational, and in my experience, effective anti-aging skin care. I can actually see improvements including line reduction, sun spot fading away, and reduced pore size after six months of occasional treatments at the spa and following the regimen recommended for me at home. I had the best facial of my life at Bella Fiore the other day! Mariah was incredibly knowledgeable, and the staff seemed completely invested in the clients' skincare goals and overall health. I felt so welcome from the moment I walked in the door. If you're looking for a spa that will not only make you look and feel great when you walk out the door, but also a place where you can be educated on the root causes of your skincare concerns - this is that spa! I was first introduced to them in February of 2012 at that time they were located in the Greenlake area. Since then they have opened a beautiful new spa on the top of Queen Anne. I've had 3 or 4 different types of facials, laser treatments, and a massage, it has all been fantastic! They do a wonderful job, and my skin always looks so good after my visits. The staff is great and very professional (Jen, Em & Kelly) they can recommend products that would work best with your skin type, but are not pushy sales people which I really appreciate. She took the time to listen to all of my concerns, and then targeted my treatment to address my all my individual skincare challenges. What a lovely space to have a spa treatment! I went in for Laser Hair removal, something I've never experienced before, and I was a little nervous (but very hopeful, as nothing else has really worked for me!). I've had two sessions so far with Em, and have been SO PLEASED. She's quick, friendly, and professional, and really sets expectations at the start. I've done waxing, sugaring, shaving, nair - you name it - on my bikini area, and after 12 weeks my ingrown hairs have disappeared and the scars have faded so much! I've been to Belle Fiore Klinik which I really enjoyed so I decided to give their Spa's 60 min Naturopathic Facial a try. The Spa is beautifully done and I love that it uses organic products.
