Maps told me it would take 45 minutes to get there. I guess it thought I would be going 15mph the whole way. I was finally able to call them to let them know I was almost there. The receptionist said it's 10 minutes into your appointment time so she won't be able to do your treatment but she can still do your consultation. I walked in 2 minutes later and she said she couldn't do it. I said I just got of the phone and they said I could so she went back to ask the nurse Erin if she could do it and she said no because her next client was going to be there in 15 minutes. Upon arrival, I was informed that they did not have a technician on staff qualified to perform the service. No prior notice was given, despite the multiple confirmation calls. I have multiple friend who purchased hair removal packages at the same time, and all five of us have had the exact same experience. None of us will be buying touch up packages here. Given the cost of these services, I'd strongly encourage prospective clients to consider a local business instead of this chain -- one that will communicate proactively and respect your time. Sugaring is a great alternative to waxing since it is ecologically sound in that it does not generate any waste but a ball of softened sugar which can be composted.
